First time poster, I have a UDM Pro with the single drive bay. Paid $399 for it in 2021. Out of warranty and was working with daily use until I replaced it yesterday with a Pro Max since I needed more than a gigabit WAN port. I just want it to go to a good home. $200 before shipping. I’ll calculate UPS based on your zip code and weight. If you’re in central New Hampshire, happy to do a swap in person. Will come in a UDM Pro Max Box and power cable along with rack mount brackets but not the screws.
I’d consider swapping it for a rack mount switch that has 2.5GB ports, non-POE with a 10GB SFP UniFi of course. I have an US 24 PoE 250W that I want to replace and I don’t need the POE capacity or the 1GB backbone. I’d sell that one too for $100 but I need to replace it with something better.
