Hi. Anyone has recently bought an apartment under-construction in Ulwe? Did your flat agreement with builder only mention rera carpet ?

I received draft from the builder but it states only the rera carpet but no where in the agreement it mentioned about balcony or chajja area or total flat area.

Is this common?

I'm planning to move to ulwe due to lower rent and lesser crowd. But wanted to make sure that I make an informed decision about it.

So how's the auto rickshaw connectivity in ulwe? How's the water supply and electricity? Is it just as safe in general as the rest of Navi Mumbai?

I was driving out of Sector 17, and there’s road work going on there.

A rikshaw came in front of me, he then went from the left side, which was fine, but then a passenger of the auto yelled ‘Bhenchod saala’

The rikshaw driver didn’t say anything, I didn’t, why did the frustrated passenger have to scream?

How do I know he’s a villager? Because the auto went inside the village

So I am planning to buy a 1 BHK in Ulwe, but my budget is a little tight, around 35. I would like to know if I can still get one under construction, and a small area is also okay.

The sector 17 mentioned is specific because of its proximity to Thakur Sports Complex, railway stations and Atal setu. How much rent should I expect for a relatively new flat (2-3 yrs old) with amenities and covered parking ?

I’ve been living in Ulwe, Sector 25, for the last 4 years, and honestly, this sector feels kinda dead 😭

No proper playing/sports area, no places to hang out, and somehow even with so many people around, it’s difficult to actually make friends here. Feels crowded but still lonely lol.

Anyone from Sector 24, 25 or 25A here?

Would love to know your experience living in these sectors too do you guys feel the same or am I the only one? 😂

Maybe we can connect and make a small local group for sports/chill plans sometime.

I have a G+7 building which is under construction. My Sir told me to visit all the brokers in the Ulwe and ask them to sell our units. I did what he told me and visited almost every broker in Ulwe . Handing out brochures and telling them the prices . None of them has reached out to me again . It’s been quite some time now . I don’t understand if the broker are unresponsive and how should I sell my units . There’s too much pressure from my sir to sell the units . I did what he told me and gave an excellent pitch . Please help me . Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Hello, Everyone. I live in Sector 19 of Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. I hired Reshma Magar in the month of March 2026 as a maid and she seems very nice so I felt generous and hired her for few months and paid her ₹9000.00 upfront- ₹2000.00 for the first day as my house was a mess and rest for the months ahead. this woman never showed up on time, i had to keep calling her everything to ask ‘Aap aa rahe ho aaj kya?’, kept skipping days saying ‘aa rahi hu’, lied multiple times and then gave me reasons that her son is hospitalised. i asked her to stop coming in the month of april and asked her to return ₹5000.00 and gave her leniency for the rest. I had to force her to send at least some for a month and she sent ₹500.00 in the month of april and after that, she hasn’t responded well, even abused me when i kept asking for my money that i had to file a complaint to the police station. i even have recordings of her confirming that he will pay on 1st of august 2026 and she still lied and now she’s not picking up calls. if any of you plan to hire Reshma Magar, be very careful because shes a thief and a liar.
