My best friend ( M, 47 at the time ) and I ( F, 46 at the time) watched a video on YouTube (I, of course, won’t post the video but you can check it out by searching my description. Good luck!) a couple years ago while at my house. We saw a thumbnail about a video that looked truly fascinating. It was of this guy who was drawing in an uncanny way. He drew one picture which was a portrait of a woman in a circle framed back ground with his right hand. And at the same time he drew another portrait of a man in a square frame background with his left hand. He drew these at the same time right beside each other with pencils. The video was time lapsed but not by much. He never spoke during and there was ordinary background music playing. The video was 3 min 14 seconds long. The reason I’m going into detail about it is because video made both my friend and I feel extremely nauseous, shot my anxiety thru the roof, I began crying and hyperventilating. So did my bf. My bf is a guy but he started crying too. I swear I felt like I was going to die. I kept saying over and over again I don’t want to die I don’t wanna die. We just hugged amd rocked back n forth crying. We didn’t watch the video to the end. I was crying saying I wanted my mother to come back home now (she was out of town). I was so freaked out I turned my phone off and so did my bf. I put my phone in a drawer in another room and didn’t touch it for literally like 3 days. It took us a week to feel normal again. I have gone back to that video since then months later and watched some of it. I felt that awfulness creeping back up on me so I turned it off. I made a comment in the comment section of the video about what we experienced n no one seemed to have had the some or even similar experience. the comments were all saying how amazing it is how talented he is how amazing he is. I was like how can yall think that? That’s not talent that’s mind shattering. I’ve seen other videos similar and they didn’t evoke those feelings of dread and just raw terror the first one did. I want to know why. Is this called something? Is it a phenomenon or were we just anxious over thinkers? Idk. If anyone could help me figure out what happened to my best friend and I, I would be so grateful. Thank you in advance.

Okay, this has happened to me enough times now that I need to ask if anyone else has experienced this.

I watch a lot of true crime—documentaries, interrogation videos, crime shows, all of it. Sometimes they’ll show actual crime scene photos or real pictures of the victims. But lately, after watching certain episodes, I’ll randomly see one of those same people again weeks later… in commercials, ads, social media clips, etc.

And before anyone says it: I know these shows use actors for reenactments. I’m not talking about the actors. I mean the actual people shown in the “real victim” photos.

The first time it happened I brushed it off, but now it’s happened multiple times and it gives me this weird uncanny feeling every time. Like my brain instantly goes, “Wait… weren’t they dead?”

I’m wondering if this is some kind of memory mix-up, recycled stock footage/photos, or if anyone else who watches a lot of true crime has noticed this too.

Because honestly, it’s starting to feel like a glitch in the matrix.

I’m posting on here cus I’m actually so scared and superstitious.
It’s Monday 12:40am, my boyfriend and I just left our local mall after watching “Obsession”. Spooky movie btw.
On our way home, we got stuck at a light to turn left on to the expressway. All the lights kept turning green except for ours even though there was no other cars in sight. My boyfriend got impatient and decided to change lanes to go straight so hopefully we would catch a green light. We got the green light rather quickly and he went straight and did a U turn to go where we were going. As soon as he turned back on to the road, I saw a blue light fall from the sky. I said “OH MY GOD DID U SEE THAT LIGHT” my heart literally stopped. I’ve seen many lights shoot across the sky or down the sky before but this one looked different. They’re usually reddish but this one was blue. Weird, but whatever… he sort of dismissed it because he didn’t see it.
Literally not 30 seconds pass and we come across some blocked lanes due to road work. In the blocked lanes, we see two big black dogs just standing there. MIND YOU no one’s around, no other cars, just two big black dogs standing there. We thought they were statues at first because they both looked identical but as we passed them, we saw them move their heads around. What are two big black dogs doing in the middle of an expressway at 12:50AM.
I’m legit so scared, what an odd sequence of events.
Can someone tell me if I’m being crazy or if this means anything?

Hello, I wanted to tell you about a weird encounter I had around ten years ago. Its still on my mind and I was wondering if maybe any of you had a similar experience.
When I was around fourteen years old, I woke up from my sleep in the middle of the night. It could have been 3 or 4 AM. The way I woke up itself was weird. I sat up on my bed fully awake. I would ALWAYS close the door to my closet and i still do. As I sat up I saw a the door fully open and a creature walking out of the closet. It looked weird with a skin like it was completely burnt by a fire and its texture reminded me of a tree bark. Somehow i was not afraid. It told me that im not safe here and asked me to follow it. It walked out of my room and i wanted to follow but i realized how absurd the situation was. I still Think about it. Have you got any idea about what it could be or maybe youve seen something similar?
