For FCIT/PUCIT.

I've heard some ppl online say they are and some say they're not. Do you know any replica kids personally who got this scholarship?

From what ive heard from most of the people is that the classes of people who get admission on self support are at the same time i.e in the morning and not in the evening as self support is also called evening and the only difference between them js that they have different sections and fees vary but I am still not sure about it. Could anybody please clarify.

let me tell you all in detail guys
first of all, DONT BE SCARED

dekho jamiyat was a group of people or an independent organization who were lead by one main guy who they called their naazim. It was an organization which enforced certain islamic rules but neglected others as well. Like in islamic dept and hailey clg the classes were not co even though its a co university.

Phir woh har dept sy 1st sem ky boys ko le k unhe duties de dety thy, like dept library duty. ky wahan koi sath betha hai to unhe hatao. Lawn duties and roll and check duties. And they used to do walks every now and then. Previously they were allowed to do so. But not anymore.

New VC came in 2024 ka end I guess and he enforced strict actions. Like jamiyat guys and other people jo Pu hostels main illegal reh rahy thy un ka mission clean sweep kiya gya. Unhe bahir nikaal dia gya. Jis py unho ny kafi shor bhi dala. They protested too magar unhe nikal diya aur hostels main ab card scanning ya thumb punching system hai.
Hailey is also free now it even conducts musical and qawali type events too.

Ab sirf ek issue hai dispute ka, and thats not jamiyat, thats cultural riots. like punjbis and balochis fighting or sindhis or kpkians fighting. So its provinsional fights and riots only. Woh bhi mostly among boys cause you know ego issues

I have seen various posts where students seeking admission in PU want to know about its environment here, but the environment in PU varies from dept to dept. So lets just help them out by dropping review of the department you are currently studying in :)

Are self support and replica students eligible for honhaar scholarship?

A while back this sub used to dead asf I never expected it to be this much active honestly pu is a great university I'm a student who currently goes there if anyone got any query's lmk

disclaimer: I acknowledge that everyone has their own unique experiences.

I mean I love my faculty. Institute of Botany, you deserve the respect. I have studied 4 years from there and I do not have a negative feeling about even a single one of them. They are so kind and so helping. I know everyone has their own experiences but heres mine:

1. The teachers never discouraged us to come to their offices for discussing studies. Be it females, be it males.
2. They were all always punctual and always responsible. The cr never even had to call them most of the times. Woh khudi aa jaty thy class main.
3. They never skipped classes bilawajha. And always had their course prepared (exceptions are there in this point, but a very few)
4. Noone ever expected treats from us. Numbers ky liye party nahi karwani parti thi.
5. Some of them are so supportive they take your work in their hands and do it for you
   And i am not talking about junior teachers or newbies or visiting ones, I am talking PHD proffessors here.
   So Institute of botany, you do deserve respect

Need Help Regarding FAST-NUCES Lahore Admission & Merit Lists

Hi everyone,

I'm really confused about the admission process and would appreciate some guidance.

My only campus preference was FAST Lahore.

My program preferences were:

1. CS
2. DS
3. AI
4. Cyber Security
5. SE

Unfortunately, I wasn't selected in any of these programs in the first merit list. However, I'm currently eligible only for the management programs (BSBA/BBA).

My aggregate is 70.10% (Computing + Business Test).

My confusion is:

• Should I secure my seat in BSBA right now and then wait for the 2nd or 3rd merit lists in case I become eligible for Data Science or any of my higher preferences?
• Or should I wait without paying/confirming BSBA and hope that I get into DS in the next merit lists?

Also, if I don't secure my BSBA seat before the deadline (26 July), will I still remain eligible for the management programs in the 2nd or 3rd merit lists, or will I lose that opportunity completely?

Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows how FAST handles this? I'd really appreciate any clarification.

I’m currently considering applying to PU and had a few specific questions about student life and academics here. I’d love to get some honest, real feedback from current students or alumni!

If anyone from the English or Applied Psychology departments (or anyone living in the hostels) could weigh in on any of these, I’d really appreciate it:

• Study Environment & Vibe: What’s the general academic culture like? Is it overly competitive, collaborative, or pretty balanced? Are there good quiet spots/libraries to get actual work done?
• Faculty & Academics: How accessible and supportive are the professors in the English and Applied Psych departments? Are they generally approachable for office hours or extra help?
• Research Opportunities: Is it easy for undergrads/grad students to get involved in research projects, or are those opportunities mostly reserved for senior PhD students?
• Hostel Situation: How are the on-campus hostels in terms of maintenance, safety, internet/WiFi reliability, and overall living conditions? Is the hostel facility provided to all admitted students on the morning shift, or only to some high-merit students?
• Merit Situation: We saw a massive drop in merit among major programmes. Is it going to be the same for this year, or is there any possibility of an increase in merit this year?

Would appreciate proper guidance on these!

Fast or pucit

I actually went to pucit today ( new campus) but they didn't allow me to explore the campus

The guard offered me to answer my questions

He was actually glazing the uni but idk to which extent it was true.

Other than that of fee or pressure of studies i want to get an honest opinion that which of the two would be the best for SE or maybe cs from pucit..

Should i consider uet??

Hey, I'm applying for admission in cs in pu in both morning and evening self support. My aggregate's on edge where I'm not sure if I'll get into morning or not.

I'm kinda worried about it, i want to know what is the fee for morning and evening self support both in cs program?

Is there anyone who is studying in replica evening self support who can tell me for sure what exactly the fees is for evening replica in cs and also for morning in cs?i want to know how much of a difference there is between the two fees?
