I have experience po bilang Customer Support/Leader sa dropshipping pero simpleng mga order tracking, refunds, replacements, etc. lang ang exp ko aside sa customer support things. I have general knowledge so mga topics sa taas pero super basic lang. I want to know more about all these.

Willing to pay to upskill pero ayaw ko naman mascam, sayang din. Like, may courses ba na ieexplain talaga yung mismong process from the start and ano yung gagawin. Of course, alam ko naman na iba iba bawat company/shop pero I still want to see yung process.
