Anyone have advice on this matchup?

She's oppressive af and it feels like she always catches me no matter what I do..

I tried standing in between the waves, tried distancing and she catches me from off screen.

Absolutely hate playing against zoe.

I am new to veigar and i love him but i only use first strike since it gets recommended by riot. And gor the build i use the one from Skill capped ( most lf the time atleast ). But i sometimes build malignances even tho i have no idea if it is any good. Is veigar a champ where i can build anything like liandriss? Pls help

Curious who you guys typically ban. Zed is a close second for me, but still much easier then Fizz lol.

I want to learn how to play Veigar because of the new prestige skin, but I just don't get what am I doing wrong and why am I losing every single game w him. I know that I need to Q enemies and last hit minions w it to get stacks, but unless I'm playing against really bad player I only get around 80 stacks around 10-15 minutes (which is really low, I know) and end up feeding my opponent every 1v1 match.

Do I need a good jungler to help me get stacks and score kills? Am I just stupid? Do I give up on this character and go back to playing Vex :(

Very noob question, but I'm trying to play veigar mid for the first time and confused about itemization into different matchups. Into something like Zed, I know a tear->Zhonyas gives you good survivability, but what would your second items be at that point. In the past I have typically gone ROA first and then zhonyas, but more often than not if he's gone bot and gotten a kill already, I'm getting one shot before I have time to build my zhonyas, so I'm unsure what you'd suggest being my second item.

Just had the worst game of my career as Veigar against a Vladimir and i can't even put into words my frustration playing against this unbalanced mess.

How can i counter him in future games? (except banning of course)

And it went surprisingly well. I just love this little blue and black wizard so I thought why not. Was into Yasuo so it was a tad tricky. I've now played five top games in a row and won them all quite convincingly. Aatrox, Fiora were two others. Starting a game now vs Tryn so let's see how that goes.

This is Gold V so by no means that high level (I fell from G1 recently! Argh).

The enemy certainly doesn't expect it and the bruiser champs don't know what to do.

Anyone else tried ti and how did it go?
