I’m planning my pulls for the upcoming banner and could really use some theorycrafting advice.

Right now, I'm torn between two investment paths:

1. M1 Velina vs. M1 Phoenix — Which one provides a bigger jump in overall team DPS and comfort for Anomaly comps?
2. Is M2 Velina so overwhelmingly good that it outclasses M2 Phoenix? I’ve heard Velina’s M2 is an insane stopping point for team-wide synergy and anomaly buildup. Is the difference big enough to justify skipping Mindscapes for Phoenix altogether and just saving enough Polychromes to go all-in for M2 Velina instead?

For context, I’m planning to run Phoenix alongside Velina (and Remielle M2). How does Phoenix’s personal damage scaling with early Mindscapes hold up against Velina’s team-wide buffs / RES shreds?
