Stumptown Coffee didn't fully payout?
This was supposed to be a 3900 mile offer, and it was a 19$ subscription. For some reason it only paid out 228 miles? Do I call them and ask for credit?

Capital One has added a “luxury” section to the Offers portal that is only available to Venture X card holders.
It appears the T&Cs are the same as the regular offers.
This one pays out in three months. Any DPs on whether you need to keep the subscription active for the entire time? I've already made my first purchase. Thanks.
$10 back on $25 spent at Amazon
Capital One Shopping sent me an email offer for a subscription to Golden Child I found their cheapest option which is a monthly subscription for $17.96.
With shipping and handling, the total came to $24.96, your delivery schedule can easily be pushed back months later in your account settings.
The offer tracked a day later.
Currently have 3 subs active (all of which have paid out) and I obviously don’t wanna get charged a second time but I also don’t wanna lose the miles. I’ve gotten the miles being paid out email, but they aren’t in my account yet if that makes sense?
Am I good to cancel now?
It could be as simple as only having the card for 6 months. If so, fine. I’ll wait.
But I check this sub religiously and along with the Cap1 offers page and the Cap1 shopping app and I never see anything posted here.
Is there something I am missing? Thanks.
Anyone tried this one? I made a purchase supposed to be 15K miles. It’s in my Shopping list as “Waiting” and they tell me to give it up to 90 days but… Not really had that issue on any other purchases. Wondering if anyone got those miles. I hope so. Cause I do not have a puppy.
I can’t get any deals to be recognized when I make a purchase on mobile. I open my CapitalOne app, go to the befits for my venture x card, browse deals, activate on the app and it either takes me to the related shopping app (Best Buy, Disney, etc) or website and I make my purchase.
Usually I am logged in to the apps already and sometimes I just checkout as guest on a website.
But I have yet to get any bonuses in the last three months from any of the deals I’ve used. Wth am I doing wrong? I had it working before and now I get nothing, just the 2x bonus.
No emails about points “heading my way” or anything on my statements.
Anyone else have this issue? And/or know a workaround (capitaloneoffers dot com just redirects to the home login page again)
Got a switch 2 and 2 pro controllers for $200 after taxes and shipping 🥳
I want to redeem my C1 shopping rewards for a gift card for a cruise I am taking next week. Do they send an e gift card or is it a physical card in the mail? I just don’t want it to come after we’ve already gone on our cruise. Was hoping to book an excursion and use it to pay over the phone if possible.
In my account I've got an offer for 75k points and my wife's account has an offer for 75%. Obviously the 75k is better and could be very lucrative. I signed up for new service for one of my kids for $15/month. I didn't do the current unlimited deal that Tello was offering b/c I wasn't sure if that would count as some kind of promo that would disqualify the purchase, so I went w/ the 10gb/month plan
I see this upto 27.5% Temu offer on my capital one shopping dashboard, when I check I exclusions it says I get $50 in rewards for "Cap".
Does anybody know what "Cap" means here? I'm confused.
I got this a few days ago and made a couple of purchases. Did anyone else receive and has yours tracked?
I recently saw an HSN 88x offer some may have heard about. It was literally my first time using the Capital One Offers and was my Venture X offer. HSN has a MacBook Neo listing and it said it was the 512GB with Touch ID. It says it in multiple places. Once I got the order confirmation in my email, I noticed the item link title mentioned something about it being the 256GB bundle, but it links to the page with the 512GB specs. Either the title was wrong, or the listing was wrong.
In the end, I got it today and they sent me the 256GB version. I'm not sure what to do here because I don't want to jeopardize my points if they mess with the order in some way. It's not what I wanted, but I'll still take the laptop for about $110. Has anyone ever done an exchange with HSN? I'm more inclined to just suck it up, but if they're able to rectify something without altering the order, then I'd be interested in exploring that option.
Hi all,
I have four Lululemon offers on my Capital One Offers that never moved past "Waiting." All four were purchased with my Capital One Quicksilver Mastercard so Capital One has access to the confirmed purchases.
I was able to get my first purchase manually credited ($25 off a $25 purchase) after being told to wait 90 days, but the three others are still sitting. The second purchase moved past 90 days on July 17.
But question - it was a "final sale" purchase that Lululemon lets members return for store credit only. I returned that item but since I was only given a merchandise credit, my credit card was never refunded so the purchase is still on there, paid in full by me.
Am I entitled to request the cash back on this purchase? I'm assuming not since it was technically returned but again - it wasn't returned / refunded on my credit card.
The following two Lululemon purchases were not returned and those also still haven't moved on from "Waiting" despite it being 2+ months since purchase. I also have an H&M purchase that is still sitting at Waiting at 2+ months. I'm 0/5 on Capital One paying out their cash back offers.
Stumptown coffee roasters. Cheapest subscription is $19. Thoughts?
