Does VI not need a big buff rn?

Ive been a vi main ever since i started league 500k mastery points but for the past 1-2 years or so ive been trying out different champions for how weak vi is. i rarely see anyone pick her in soloq anymore. i have all her skins too but i dont really feel like playing her feels so underwhelming

Yay made it to the 100 mastery club xD is my mastery points to level ratio embarassing

Honestly i feel its impossible to bridge the gap having to get 4 s ranks just for one level. I feel i have been keeping it pretty long at same range but cant for the life of mine start to catch up on it xD Or am i just trash otp vi abuser

sheesh these diamond lobbies need you to slam dunk every game if you want to win

its legit either 1v9 or lose game

"Sometimes your duo just has all the answers" vi and caitlyn by Kohquette!

Anyone else having problems with flash + Q simply not hitting the enemy?

As the title says, it has happened to me a few times already where the enemy is stunned by a team mate and when I use my Q I literally pass through the enemy, causing no knock up or damage, I thought I was missing it at first but now it has happened a few times, wonder if its just me

Am I the only one thinking Vi needs a buff? (Coming from a long track Vi main)

I have 1.8 mil mastery on Vi and she was my main for the longest time, to the point I played nothing but Vi for almost 2 years straight

Last year/year and a half though I've swapped mains a few times, she just feels kinda in a weird spot rn, sure you can go lethal/crit for max dmg or bruiser for sustain, but both fall off late and you just kinda go in die

Especially with all the strong scaling champs in the current season

Currently I play Shyvana and Volibear and still want to go back to Vi again, but other choices are just so much stronger for playing ranked

Curious if anyone has any builds that help with mid-late game

Some thoughts on Vi’s slowness

I’m not a Vi player, but I really like the champion and I’d definitely play her more if her gameplay didn’t feel so slow.

Her basic attacks have an extremely short range, often short enough that enemies can easily walk away from them.

Her Q doesn’t have an auto-attack reset, and I feel like that really hurts her damage chaining with Q + auto + E to proc her W passive.

Another thing I noticed is how delayed her basic attacks is, almost on the same level as Annie and Fiddlesticks. I think that’s unfair for a champion who is mostly focused on basic attacks and has a kit that, in theory, should enable extended trades against other bruisers.

Am I wrong for thinking this? Just some frustrations on my part, really…

Advices on Vi builds at silver elo

Hello everyone,

I'm currently silver and mostly main Vi. I would like to try to climb to gold so I was wondering what are your advices on how to build her?

I see a lot of lethality builds but the bruiser one still seams to be default one, soooo. Advices?

Do you change your rune or anything depending on matchups? Do you always build the same?

Any tips are welcome.
