Ive had to have them repaired several times they are falling apart but they are my favourite jeans and i cant bear to get rid of them im honestly just curious how old they are. Thanks anyone who can help!!
Does anybody know how much these vintage Made in USA Levi 501’s are worth??
Picked them up for under 10€, but they're hemmed all the way to a despicable 98 cm, so it looks like I won't be able to rock these, seller forgot to mention. is there any worth in reselling?
I would like to know if these are rare and vintage. From what I’ve found i think these are Big E and 501xx selvedge, and from the things I’ve heard on internet these could potentially be pretty old? V stitch , an R on the button on the inside, chain stitching on the botom leg inside and so on. They also have no care tag or so which i guess indicates that they are not from a newer remake either. Please help me out!

Picked these up yesterday and just admiring the work. The embroidery appears to be by hand and not machine done. Many other parts of the jeans have been repaired professionally - you can hardly tell the repair from the faded denim. Just super cool. And yeah, theses started out as 501-0000 and 30x34 is now more like 27x31. May have been rehemmed and distressed - but even that is done really well. Just had to share Rosario’s craft.

I recently bought a Levi’s jacket on ebay and tried to do some research into it as it was miles better than the cheap made modern Levi’s jacket I already have. I’m new to all this so please bear with me.
From what I can tell it’s a Type III made in USA (obviously looking at the care label) but also due to the faint “777” stamp on the back of the buttons.
I’d like to see if anyone who knows of infinitely more about these jackets than I do can tell me when it’s from and if it’s worth keeping or selling on for a decent price.
I initially bought it to cut the sleeves off to make a vest but it was a lot brighter blue than what it looked like in the pictures and I am reluctant to desecrate it as I didn’t realise it was a USA made one.

Can’t figure it out. I believe these are late 80s, but the care tag is basically demolished.
Also, I scored some 1982 jeans that have just the R on the back tab. Do these have any extra value since they did them on only some of the jeans? Thanks.

No care tag, slightly darker were there would have been a patch but except that no trace of a patch
