i bought some shoes from vinted and it has just been a whole issue. i had to go back to the pickup point on 5 different occasions because evri forgot to put it on the van to the depot. when i finally got them they were so unbelievably damaged, cracked insoles, inner leather falling off, scuffs everywhere and bunch of scratches and dents in the leather. there was two photos in listing and they both clearly avoided all the damage, unbelievably misleading. i raised a dispute but that was two days ago and the seller was online in the past 24 hours so has obviously seen it but decided not to answer. how do i go about this and what is vinteds normal procedure?

Is it generally accepted that most people verbally abuse someone who completely lowballs them to give them a wake up call to reality or are you too worried about being reported?? How do you put up with idiot after idiot offering a fraction of what something is on for without losing it at the audacity?

What's the logic behind it because they're never gonna get it for what they want.. Are they just trying to wind people up because they've nothing better to do?

Why can't people see that if an item is on for 100 that they're not going to ever accept 30-40 for it!!

Please tell me I'm not the only person here giving out the sarcasm stick at every opportunity!

Been selling on eBay for a while and got fed up checking Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc one by one every time I needed to ship something.

Found parcelcompare.co.uk — you put in the parcel size and postcodes and it shows you prices from 20+ couriers side by side. Saved me about 40% on my last few shipments just by seeing options I wouldn't have checked.

Free to use, no sign-up needed. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else is losing money on shipping like I was.

Would love to hear if anyone else has found good ways to cut shipping costs?

Hi everyone, I’m not sure what to do?
A buyer bought a bag from my page that I listed as having marks, long story short they complained and to avoid any issues I said they can return the item and we agreed on that, they had until Monday 11th the send it back to me and now for some reason the order is suspended.
I asked if they are sending it and they said no they haven’t yet, vinted hasn’t given me any options to complain and says once they window shuts i won’t receive the money or the bag return and they buyer will get both, I’m not sure what to do I’m worried they keep the bag and get a refund too.
They had been ignoring all of my messages but reading them, then told me they hadnt shipping it yet and that was it.
Any help would be appreciated

I sent a parcel and now the transaction has been suspended as the recipient can’t find the parcel that’s been delivered to her address so she is raising it with the courier. If the parcel is not to be found, will I not receive payment? Once it’s sent is it no longer my responsibility? Thanks!
