I mentioned an episode to a friend that I watched a while ago where a female caller called in looking for advice. I believe it was her and her boyfriend’s anniversary, the couple said “no gifts” because they were going to go get stuff together, but the woman was very upset that her boyfriend didn’t get her flowers. The caller didn’t think flowers were a gift, but her boyfriend did. I believe the caller mentioned something about her boyfriend saying the whole “no gifts” thing was a set up, and the caller’s response was “well if it was a set up, why didn’t you get the flowers?”

I want to share this episode w my friend (super spreaderrrr), but I can’t for the life of me find it! I spent a good hour+ looking through podcast episodes today. Here are some more specifics about the episode.

- there was a female guest

- no Brett or Greg (it was an all lady ep)

- I believe the consensus was that Chelsie and Maggie felt like the caller wanted the boyfriend to buy her flowers without having to ask, but that it should have been a convo.
