Hey all, is it just me or does the 50% off one pair of shoes not apply when adding the in season Vitality approved shoes in your Cart? I’ve tried to unlink and relink my account but i can only see 15% off, first time im using this benefit btw

For some of us, our exercises (with qualifying heart rates) stopped being recognised in the Vitality app in February. This means that even when the day's step count was below 12,500, a long strenuous exercise did not show up in the app to give you the 8 points. I don't recall if we ever got to the bottom of the issue but I can confirm that it's still affecting me.

Does anyone have any updates on resolving it? I use Samsung Fit and wonder if it's to do with porting the exercises into it via Healthsync. This wasn't an issue pre-February though. Did anyone succeed in getting it fixed or get a response from Vitality?

Has anyone here had experience with Vitality health insurance in the UK where they moved from a personal policy to a company funded plan?

I am particularly interested in what happened to the existing policy and whether you were able to transfer across while maintaining continuity of cover, including any existing medical conditions or exclusions. How did it work? Did they allow you to have break the contract half way through the year? Were any unexpected issues or costs?

I’ve gone onto apple health and unselected and selected the data for vitality but no change.

I’m paying for the Apple Watch so these points matter lol.

I'm looking at vitality pretty much just for the GP consultations. My NHS GP is great, but the waiting times have caused me trouble during multiple chronic illness flares, and I keep getting sent to A&E by NHS111.

I'm specifically looking for:

- Same day appointments

- 24/7 advice on home treatment options

- A medical professional to help me decide which of my many prescribed medications is appropriate for each symptom flare ASAP

They say appointments within 48 hours and a 24/7 line. Does it work well in practice?

For comparison, my pet insurance has a 24/7 vet hotline and it's invaluable, the few occasions I've needed to use it for minor issues it's been fast (usually under an hour in the queue) and reassuring, despite technical issues that are commonly with these services.
