Be careful with this player, though I suppose there’s not much you can do if she does move to your state. She likes to state hop and would eventually find a reason to start attacking cities. She was on her best behavior for 2 weeks, but then things went sideways. Basically she was starting rallies for the turrets for the SFC battle, telling people to use whatever heroes. When we asked her to stop telling people that because it was so difficult to get people to consistently send the correct heroes, she got abusive in chat and eventually threatened to kill the state.
No joke, I was president during the transfer window, and it didn’t take long for 5 or 6 different people to reach out to me to warn us about her. Someone made a facebook post about her as well: https://www.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1450351636730293&id=847410167024446
She keeps her troop count very low, that 118k troops is all that she has. She seems to be obsessed with increasing her kill count at all costs, and she would attack lower level cities in order to do so. No point in attacking her because of her low troop number, since you will end up losing your own troops and she would share the battle report in WC to taunt you further.
