WWE 2K26 MY FACTION SUPER PACK 2 NEW SERIES PACK OPENING😱

Twice since the update I've started Faction Wars runs to try for the new boss cards, Both times I finish the second boss run. After going to collect the cards, the game pops up a server error and I get booted back. When I return to my run, it still has me at the boss match, but I can't return to the game, I'm just stuck on the ladder until I press back. Not sure if it's a Switch 2 issue or on other consoles, but it happening twice at the same match doesn't feel like a coincidence.

I just played faction wars and got some of the new bosses unlocked, Dexter lumis and the manifestation and I purchased both with FW tokens, but only Dexter is now playable in play now. The manifestation is still locked

Anyone else have this issue? Know how to fix it?

I don’t have the manifestation persona from the extreme pack, I’m wondering if 2k screwed up and the FW manifestation isn’t supposed to have the persona logo on it.

Cherry on top, look at what the AI support said when I used the online chat of 2ks site.

the gameplay on 2k26 looks immense. my little bro has told me about the changes to badges and last month i nearly cracked but im just gonna wait for it to drop as the free game and blast it at the end..

Hello everyone.

I would like to share my situation because I honestly don't know what else to do.

My WWE 2K account "Slavyansk" was banned. Support has never provided me with a clear explanation of what specific rule I violated. Every response I receive appears to be a generic template, with no evidence and no detailed review of my case.

From what I understand, the ban may be related to Community Creations. However, I don't understand why this also blocks my access to MyFACTION.

I purchased the Ringside Pass and other DLC with my own money. I have spent many hours playing the game, completing objectives, and unlocking rewards.

Recently, I legitimately unlocked the Oba Femi '25 Persona Card. However, I cannot claim it because claiming Persona Cards requires access to MyFACTION, and MyFACTION is blocked due to my ban.

This means I paid for content that I can no longer fully use. I also cannot claim rewards that I earned through normal gameplay.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for fairness and transparency.

If I really violated a rule, I would like 2K to tell me:

• What exactly did I violate?
• When did it happen?
• What evidence supports the ban?

If the ban is related only to Community Creations, why does it also prevent me from accessing MyFACTION and claiming content that I paid for and legitimately unlocked?

Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to get your account reviewed or your ban removed?

Now I definitely see why people really hate it this year. Having to fight two people at once while your purple meter always pops up and the beautiful people at 2k decided that the Al doesn't need a purple meter.

After several attempts at Berlin Arc 4 I can not beat it. I even had several matches go 45 minutes. I hit Andre and Khali with multiple finishers even sometimes back to back and they kick out every time. HELP!!!!
