so i’m in a healthcare program at wake tech and my birthday is next month (on a sunday) and I would like to at least celebrate me turning 25 😭 but I feel like with the amount of work and having to study , do homework , etc I feel like I can’t celebrate it and it makes me kinda sad… any words of advice?

Would there be a chance for me to get an open seat for a class somewhere else, or should I just bite the bullet and go through with the class? Please let me know if anyone has had this same issue and what you did to get through it.

Hey yall im struggling to access the books online. everywhere claiming i should be able to click cengage/mindtap and & itll take me straight to it without having to use an access code. buttt its not allowing me till i give an access code & i dont want to do the temporary one if i dont even know where to find the code. i went to bibliU & it says "... youre course materials are resdy and waiting for you in your Lms".
in the past you would have to order the access code but that dont seem to be a thing anymore.
Just started mat-172 online and I'm so confused with everything. I'm great with algebra, but this stuff is just so much to take in all at once. I feel like it just throws you right in without much teaching and expects you to understand everything with technical explanations and a video every now and then. Anyone have advice??
So, yesterday was the first day of school and the parking situation was crazy. There was a lot of traffic, and I spent around 20 minutes trying to find an open parking spot. I eventually parked in a spot that I later realized was designated for staff.
I honestly didn’t realize it was a staff spot until I came back to my car. I’m a student, and it was completely unintentional. What do you guys think is going to happen? Would I most likely get a ticket, warning? Has anyone accidentally done this before?

My partner used to go to wake tech and would get refunds(?) every semester when they did well academically. Is this a thing that happens normally? I can't find anything on the website.
has anyone opted out/opted into eagle advantage? the bookstore lady told me for my program (radiography) that I should opt out because I would be able to keep my books throughout the program. But because of the “big beautiful bill” my loan amounts have decreased which have caused my refund to decrease and I need that money for bills 😭 and my books were A LOT of money. i’m thinking about retuning them and opting back into it. Any thoughts?
classes start this Monday (i’m in the radiography program) and safe to say my anxiety is kicking into overdriveeee. i’m sooooo nervous to start. i’m starting to second guess myself and wonder if im actually even smart enough for the program. i’m nervous about working and taking classes. ugh im just nervous/super anxious. for context i'm a ccp/dual enrollment student in hs. i js noticed in self service that my professor submitted a "B" for my grade when i know for sure i got an A, in blackboard it shows i got an A and i know theres no possible way i could have gotten a B mathematically. what do i do?
