Some genuinely skilled students with strong DSA, CP, projects and overall technical profiles didn’t get shortlisted, while some comparatively weaker profiles did.

Not trying to hate on anyone who got selected, but the shortlist is honestly confusing. A lot of people who have consistently worked on their technical skills didn’t make it, and it’s hard to understand how the resume shortlist was decided.

Anyone else feel the same?

So, there is this girl one year junior than me, and I have been in talks with her.
Normal general talks, as she is in the same branch.
And now, I have started to like her.
Now this feeling have started to make me nervous around her. I feel like I should stop talking to her completely.
But I also feel that I want her.
How to proceed?
