We won a prize in One of these ideathon event called walchand imagine cup, it was so hyped and had multiple rounds. Somehow we won a prize there and we still haven't received the money yet .

We tried everything, contacting organizers which is Microsoft Student's Club who were liable for that event , we also tried to contact the HOD of cse department but no special reply , they have started to neglect our calls and texts now , we even tried mailing the director several times but no replies.

The amount was 8k and meant a lot to us a group and seeing our efforts not being recognised is disheartening.

Idk this situation is only upon us or all the winners . More than half of the winners were from their own college so don't know if they have received their price or not. It's been nearly 3 months now and we have never Waited so much for the prize ever from any competition.

Idk if the system is corrupt or anything but the fact that they are not cooperative tells a lot about it.

We are even thinking of legal action now because this is Fc"*** nuts.

I had a lot of respect for this clg and was thinking of getting into this as well as a dsy but all that has turned into a misery .

I might get wce electronics. I'm interested in core fields, don't wanna go for IT placements, is this college good for core fields? The city life doesn't bother me i only want good academics and good placements in core electronics. Pls help me seniors 🙏

I wanna know ki walchand me accha living standards hai ya nahi, is the mess food good as in edible Or is it just pani wali daal, is there some toxic bullying culture going on in the hostel, are the teachers good or are there any problems like these? I really really want to know cuz i think I can get into wce but I live in navi mumbai and ny family is considering thadomal which is 1hr40mins away (one way) so I'll either have to waste alot of time travelling or alot of money in pg cuz that shet is 10k for triple sharing and I do not want to waste so much money on a private college with the same package as wce but worse campus and environment. Please please do let me know if there's any serious problems going on in the college as I really really wanna get into wce but I'll have to stay in hostel and my family is sceptical about it.

I need some information regarding EE branch in WCE Sangli.

1. How are the academics? I really wanna get to learn core electrical engineering. And how are the labs and the infrastructure?
2. How are the placements for core electrical (I'm interested in power electronics, don't wanna go for IT placements)? What range does the average placements for core ee fall in?
3. How is the peer group? Ik most will be going for software jobs, but what will be the level of students around me?

I'll be happy if a senior from EE answers these questions. Thank you in advanced 🙏

Konse companies aate hai Is it mostly banks like Barclays,citi ,jpmc , Goldman etc Or product based like Mastercard,intuit , etc

Also I heard cp culture is good ! Does joining code chef club is worth it ?

10 lpa + companies aati hai? Also do they have criterias like 80,80 in 10,12 th and cgpa based shortlisting like in VIT pune and pict,etc.

Name drop some companies (10lpa+ ) Bhai ko motivation chaiye !
