Is there a people lead that can answer a question for me. I have an awful teamlead and Coach. Well basically my whole management team is nothing to write home about but anyways. I had to call in. I had 3 hours and 44 minutes of ppto. I was like Ok let's see if on Friday I put in 3 hours and 45 mins (I only needed that much to cover half my shift.) If it will just take half my point. BTW my point was still pending on Friday from Monday. I put in my time (the system took it out.) that morning and went back at my last break to check and my time was still gone and I was given the full point. My question is did these people seriously wait until I used time and then give me the full point??? 🙄 Also I was short 1 minute...again 1 minute. Of course I immediately took my ppto back. You got me messed up. I feel like they could have approved 1 minute!!! Am I wrong? I thought I had 7 days!!

So question for anyone that might know. There's a rumor going around my store that we might not actually have Thanksgiving off. Is this true? If so...would it be company wide or just regional? Has anyone heard anything thats is set in stone or even a rumor for your store.
