Won’t approve items since it’s a Native American product!?

We are a native company (certified) and have had nothing but issues trying to put our products on Walmart. We’ve been escalated multiple times and end with “our decision is to not approve and remove your items” I don’t get it, I’ve sent them our docs showing we are a legitimate indigenous company but still won’t approve. Super niche but it’s disappointing that we won’t be able to have our products on this platform. Anyone dealt with the same issue or have a better way to go about it? (Besides blasting Walmart for not supporting a native company) lol

WFS Receiving Issues

I would love to hear from other WFS sellers on this issue. I’m a new Walmart seller. I sent in my first WFS shipment almost 3 weeks ago. It was 10 skus with 120 items total. The first day it arrived, 55 items got uploaded right away and then it stopped and since then, nothing has been uploaded since day 1. It has sat at 55 of 120 items for 13 business days. I’ve opened a case and I never get an answer. I follow up and I just get an email that they are looking into it.. then I get no more relies. I have since sent in a 2nd order, 15 skua and 167 items total. It arrived 3 days ago and immediately one single item was uploaded and nothing since. It’s currently sitting at 1 of 167 received. Is this normal when sending in inventory? Is 13 days with nothing added normal? I cannot seem to get answers from Walmart.. I’m pulling my hair out over this.

3 Years Selling FBM, 100% Good Standing Perform Metrics + Walmart+ Badge, Terminated Today for "Fulfillment Discrepancies" (No Appeals Allowed). Any Advice?

Hey everyone,

I was completely blindsided today by a termination email and wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this specific automated flag or successfully escalated it.

The Situation

Selling History: Active, established seller on Walmart Marketplace for 3 years.

Fulfillment Model: 100% FBM. Every single order is packed and shipped by me from one physical location. No dropshipping, no retail arbitrage, no third-party fulfillment services.

The Termination Reason: Policy Violation: Code of Conduct : Fulfillment Discrepancies.

Status: Email states that the account is deactivated and "appeals will not be accepted."

Current Account Metrics (All in Good Standing)

(Attaching screenshots of Seller Center metrics & the notice)

On-time delivery: 100.0% (Standard: 90%+)

Cancellations: 0.0% (Standard: 2% or below)

Valid tracking rate: 99.4% (Standard: 95%+)

Ship-from location accuracy: 100.0%

On-time shipment: 99.6%

Carrier method accuracy: 95.1%

Late shipment: 0.1%

Negative feedback: 0.1%

Walmart+ Badge: Unlocked & Active

Why This Makes Zero Sense

Every metric across the board is green, my ship-from location accuracy is 100%, and tracking is uploaded properly with valid carrier scans. There were zero performance alarms, warnings, or policy notifications leading up to this sudden deactivation.

Has anyone dealt with a false positive under "Code of Conduct: Fulfillment Discrepancies" when standard appeals are locked?

If anyone has advice on the best escalation route, executive email contacts, or steps that worked for you to get a human to review the case, I would greatly appreciate your insight.

Walmart Orders Stopped Suddenly

I work for a large scented candle manufacturer, and we've been selling on WM for about a year. For the past several months, we've been able to rely on collecting a couple of orders per hour, day in, day out.

We have now gone 26 hours without a single WM order.

  • WM support says that nothing is wrong with our account
  • We've got the ProSeller badge
  • All of our metrics are above standard
  • We're generally in line with our buy box wins
  • Our search visibility seems fine
  • Two days ago was one of our biggest days of the summer, and now, nothing for 26 hours.
  • We've run test orders, and they're processing properly, so there's nothing wrong there.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this? It feels like something must be wrong, but everything seems to be in good shape.

Thanks!

WFS Shipping Plan stuck in Processing

Hello Friends:

Has anyone experienced a WFS shipping plan staying stuck in Processing?

I created a WFS shipment yesterday, and it has remained in Processing since then, so I’m unable to print the shipping label I have paid or continue my normal WFS work.

I contacted Seller Support, but they have not provided a solution yet. I’ve never had this happen before.

Has anyone else had the same issue? If so, how was it resolved?

Has anyone actually tested a Walmart scraper in the last 3–6 months?

I’m looking for something that can pull Walmart product data without turning into a constant maintenance project.

Open source would be ideal, but I’m fine with a paid tool if it genuinely works. I’m mainly interested in product titles, prices, availability, seller info, reviews, and product URLs.

There are plenty of “best Walmart scraper” lists out there, but most seem to repeat the same tools without saying whether anyone actually ran them against Walmart recently.

If you’ve personally used one in 2026, what did you try?

It would be useful to know roughly what you tested and what started failing first. Blocks, missing fields, location-specific prices, cost, or something else.

Not looking for affiliate links or tools people have only read about. I’d rather hear about an imperfect tool someone actually tested.

Walmart Ship Date Issue

Is anyone else running into the issue where they cannot choose the current day as the ship date for their shipment? For reference its August 13th 11am EST, I typically wait until the day a shipment is due to ship it out. Its clearly not too late in the day as its 11 am. But for the last week anytime i try to ship a package it makes the ship date the next day. This randomly happened and has absolutely wrecked my late shipment rate.

I am looking for experience sellers/ advertisers/ 3rd party service providers

I am looking for experienced sellers/ advertisers/ 3rd party service providers who are willing to recommend high volume selling items with lesser effort, such as lesser reviews, low ads cost, quick sale items, lesser return rates in return for some consultancy fee.

OTD metrics are killing my account

TL;DR: How are seller-fulfilled Walmart sellers meeting OTD metrics profitably without WFS or SSS? USPS is too slow, UPS is too expensive, and SSS tanked our metrics.

Hi everyone! New here and kind of new to my company's account. I was given this account because I fix things, and this account is stressing me out more than any of my big name accounts. I work for a dropship distributor and we are feeding inventory to Walmart Marketplace every 30 minutes. I have lag time for all items set at 1 day. I configured our manual shipping based on actual performance. We mostly use USPS - our shipping software price shops for the best rate on every order and it is rarely UPS. We do not use FedEx. USPS is awful, especially since we are based out of the South, by the Gulf. I had Chatgpt classify all of our orders back in April by Walmart's regions in the templates. Nowhere, not even my area, averaged less than 4 days in transit; the worst areas averaged 9.

Our metrics are usually toeing the line (87-88.9%) and Walmart keeps trying to suspend our account or deactivate our seller-fulfilled listings. I have set up our account to say our carrier does not deliver on Saturdays to try to give us some more time even. We do not do WFS. It is not our business model. It feels like Walmart is trying to force sellers to do this so they can charge them for everything under the sun while reaping the benefits of faster shipping times.

Anyway, our account manager pushed SSS heavily since I started having monthly meetings with her. I inherited this account in January and the manager who had this account before me had en-enrolled us from SSS last year - I know she wouldn't have done that if there wasn't a good reason. But our account manager pushed and pushed endlessly, so I gave in and enrolled our account. I warned her that I did not think this was going to work, as our system does not feed Walmart's chosen carrier to our shipping software. She pushed this as the absolute solution to our problems, as it would "take us off the hook" for OTD metrics. Well, our metrics TANKED very rapidly, with over 50% of it due to carrier mismatch, even though I set the priority as cost-saving over shipping speed. It chose UPS most of the time, and we sell at a loss when we ship UPS at least 90% of the time. UPS also tanks our valid tracking metrics when we have to switch temporarily to bring sour OTD metrics up. She set up a meeting with someone from the SSS team and admitted on the meeting that she wasn't very educated on the program.

I very quickly unenrolled us from SSS and set all regions to 5 days. Our account manager said she would protect our account from suspension for 30 days, but they deactivated our listings on Friday. I was able to get them turned back on before the weekend, but I have very little faith in this whole process. How is everyone else able to operate profitably on this platform? What shipping options are you using if not on SSS? Is everyone being forced into WFS? Are there other Walmart-approved carriers that are less costly than UPS but with greater performance? This is like an endless game of whackamole, and I can't help but think that this is by design. Any advice?

Account Terminated??

Fairly new seller here.

Got it all setup properly and started selling and was taking baby steps and had just gotten to a total of 7 sales in 2 months.

Initially when setting up my catalog, I got hit with multiple IP claims and I submitted all required documents and invoices to clear that.

The most recent 2 emails about the IP claim were both about a brand I had listed products of.

The first email came at night around 11pm and it said "walmart has made a business decision that you can not sell this brand" - they added, "we reccommend you retire your listings"

4 hours after that, I recieved another email in which they said "We have reviewed your documents and we have gone ahead and republished your listing"

Now, following what they had said in their previous email, as per theur business decision and reccommendation, I removed all listings for that brand.

However, in the email that followed they approved a single listing of the same brand.

Now It took me a week to source another product of a different brand and I published a new listing of the new brand I found. They did not ask for any documentation and simply published that new listing.

I went back to the email they sent about approving the IP claim and, since they had "Approved" it, I went ahead a relisted that listing.

Fast forward to anotger week, things were going smooth, i finally started getting sales for the new brand I sourced.

Then suddenly at 11:45pm, I got my first order from a customer on the listing they sent an IP for and later on approved. I was super excited!

At exactly midnight, I got an email suddenly with the subject "Your Walmart Seller Account has been Terminated".

I have absolutely no idea what happened and why and I cant even make an appeal

I am trying to stay positive but it's kinda tough. I had so many plans!

WFS monthly sales reports and profitability calculation for 200+ SKUs account.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been managing a Walmart selling account using only WFS for about 3 years. We have 200+ SKUs, and I’ve never used any third-party profitability/dashboard tools because I’m not very comfortable sharing sensitive data such as order details, pricing, sales volume, etc.

When I first started working with Walmart reports, I was honestly a little disappointed with how much manual work was required. Over time, I built my own process, so monthly sales and profitability calculations are no longer difficult, but they still take around 1.5-2 hours every month.

My usual process is to download the Orders, GMV, and related reports, then use VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and other Excel formulas to combine the data and calculate summarized amounts for WFS fees, selling fees, sales, and profitability.

The main issue is volume. Each month I’m dealing with roughly 20,000-40,000 spreadsheet rows, so even with a working system it still feels more manual than it should be.

I’m curious how other Walmart sellers handle this.

Do you have your own Excel templates, Power Query setups, macros, scripts, or other tricks that make monthly reporting faster without giving account data to third-party services?

Would really appreciate hearing about your workflows or any ideas for reducing the time spent on this.

Anyone received this email from WFS?

https://preview.redd.it/pkqkzf7k3lih1.png?width=1392&format=png&auto=webp&s=89af3ee723224eeba1b21009625a96bd1e83e60c

Hi,

I just received this email several hours ago. How to find out the reason for WFS to not wanting to fulfill this white label item? I still have a ton of inventory left :-(

I added this item to my catalog about 13 months ago thought Express Setup. I has been selling ok (about 10 pcs a month). Should I remove all inventory from WFS, create my own listing (instead of the Express Setup), and send them back to WFS? Please advise. Thanks.

Selling inventory on walmart from India

Hello guys. I have planned some products to sell on Walmart USA. I completed all the steps of onboarding it on the seller centre and creating shipments.

But now I m stuck bcz they need IOR for clearance and tarrif on India keeps on increasing.

I m doubtful if I should do this. As my first shipment will be by air so it will be a total loss. But if we send larger shipments we can earn enough profit if we get good amount of sale as it is Ecom and if there are no hidden charges.

But transport is killing it with 20$ extra for IOR every shipment + freight. Idk about later charges like marketing everything.

The RM is insisting on sending the inventory but when u r investing u hv to think about everything.

So anyone who can help me or has done this before? Will it be profitable? Or we will be stuck in the loop ?

Walmart WFS Item Maintenance keeps rejecting valid variant group setup – “Add values in Variant Group ID…” error even when everything is filled correctly

Has anyone else been stuck in a loop with this variant group error on Walmart Marketplace (especially with WFS item maintenance feeds)?

Error (exact text):
“Add values in Variant Group ID, Variant Attribute Names and Is Primary Variant. If you only have 1 item in a variant group, select “Yes” in Is Primary Variant.”

I’m trying to group two existing Stress Squeeze Balls SKUs as color variants:

Variant Group ID Variant Attribute Names Is Primary Variant Color
00669185202267 color No Aqua
00669185202267 color Yes Blue

Both rows have:

  • Same Variant Group ID
  • Same Variant Attribute Names (color)
  • Exactly one primary (Yes on IceCube, No on OceanCube3)
  • Different Color values
  • Swatch Variant Attribute + Swatch Image URL filled

I’ve tried:

  • Fresh MP Maintenance template
  • Different Group IDs (SKU-based, random alphanumeric, etc.)
  • Swapping which one is primary
  • Clearing and re-adding the three variant fields
  • Confirming Color values are unique and filled

Still getting the same error on both SKUs every time, as if Walmart is treating them as two separate single-item groups.

Feed type is always WFS item maintenance.

On top of that, Walmart Seller Support has been completely unresponsive. I opened a case over 48 hours ago and still haven’t gotten a single reply. Their “support” is basically non-existent right now.

Is this a known issue with variant groups on maintenance feeds? Anyone found a workaround that actually works? Or is Support just this slow for everyone lately?

Happy to share more details if needed. Thanks in advance.

Looking for a Mavely alternative for Walmart

I'm looking for a reliable alternative to Mavely for promoting Walmart products.

I'm mainly looking for a platform with good Walmart offers, reliable tracking, competitive commissions, and consistent payouts.

If anyone has found a good alternative to Mavely for Walmart, I'd appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks!
