Is there anyway to speak to a human or chat with someone with common sense?
Suspended 14 days
Got an IP complaint a week before and retried the item and created removal orders as they told me to. Item doesn't retire no matter how many times I try. Showed proof in case.
All WFS inventory so takes time for them to remove inventory. None of this is in my control.
Yet they suspend me. Any tips?
Hey yall, I submitted an application last year december, and still they haven’t accepted it, I opened a case to submit a purchase invoice from a legit wholesale supplier about 2 weeks after my original application, showing a legit purchase invoice of $1k worth of inventory to show i am a serious and established seller. They also have my official business documents such as my reseller certificate. I’ve opened a couple cases after that asking for an update. They just keep saying to wait longer, but it’s been 6 months… anyone else waiting this long to get accepted? I’m so antsy to start
Can I attach my Etsy store link in the application? Thank you
A few months ago Walmart updated the Messages Inbox so that it now sends notifications every time a package is delivered. The problem is that actual customer messages are now buried behind tons of “your package has been delivered” notifications.
To even view real customer messages, you now have to click on “Response Needed” or “Customer Care,” which is already confusing. Even worse, sometimes customer messages still don’t appear properly under those filters.
One of the seller metrics Walmart measures us on is message response time, but with the inbox flooded by delivery notifications, it’s become extremely difficult to keep up without checking the inbox 24/7.
Is anyone else frustrated with this new inbox system on Walmart Marketplace?
In just last 2 payment cycles alone, We got over $800+ Walmart shipping label adjustments from UPS. Not getting any support from a case.
Can anyone recommend what steps to take to dispute those charges?
Hi,
In the picture, my item would arrive by Monday May 18 if order today (May 15, see the red rectangle). However if you buy from other seller, it would arrive one day earlier on Sunday May 17 (see the green rectangle). Both are WFS and ship by Walmart. Why the difference? I opened a ticket and Walmart recommended to have many units in inventory. I already have 40 units of this product with WFS. That's plenty enough to spread it around warehouses. Walmart seller support didn't know why my shipping speed is slower than the other seller 😞 Any ideas? Please share your thoughts/opinions/experiences. Thanks.
I have 3 shipments into WFS that were delivered by UPS on May 5, May 8, and May 12.
The first shipment at least Walmart acknowledges it was delivered but shows no signs of receiving.
The last two they show that the shipments are awaiting pickup even though UPS shows them as delivered (to Walmart). Unhelpful representative says after 3 weeks I can make a claim - but I need a SIGNATURE delivery proof from UPS to prove it was delivered since Walmart doesn't show it as being received. (The latter 2 were delivered from Amazon WFS so the carrier, even though it's UPS, is not a Walmart partnered carrier).
First, is anyone else having WFS receiving issues like this?
Second, has anyone dealt with Walmart just pretending they didn't receive shipments?
Hi is anyone out there selling kids clothes? New ones? Walmart is now requesting certificates but my vendor will not help me out. I just had 100 items unpublished. Do I continue to purchase from him and sell elsewhere or tell him to go to he**? His products are in demand and good profit for me. Thank you.
I have a lot of CPC / Testing document submissions getting rejected with this completely unhelpful message:
"Your CPC and/or test report is incorrect or missing information required by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Please upload the correct documents."
I thought it might be because some of them were more than 1 year old, but even the ones done within the past 12 months are getting rejected. They are from accredited labs, don't have any problem with them being accepted on Amazon either.
Ideas?
If i give a a VA read and write access as a user, can they change my settings/payment or business info?
My Walmart Marketplace account was terminated today under “Trust & Safety” after only about 3 weeks of selling and honestly I still don’t understand why.
They gave me no specific reason at all besides a generic “Trust & Safety” message and said appeals would not be accepted.
The strange part is my metrics were actually very good and there were no major issues on the account. I’m a real business with real inventory and legitimate operations, so this was honestly shocking and very discouraging as a new seller.
After researching online, I found multiple posts from people saying new accounts with rapidly growing sales sometimes get automatically flagged by Walmart’s systems.
Has this happened to anyone else here? Did anyone manage to get their account reinstated after verification or manual review?
I checked out Sellerboard. First listed product I checked had a verified erroneous WFS fee that was ~$1 off. Are errors like this common? I want extremely accurate data. Are any of you using alternatives to Sellerboard? Any direction is extremely appreciated.
Hey everyone,
I’m honestly going through a really difficult situation and wanted to post here in case someone has experience with this process.
My Walmart Marketplace account was terminated under “Trust & Safety” after only about 3 weeks of selling. At first, I received no clear explanation at all, but after speaking with a Walmart representative, I was told the account was likely terminated because the return rate reached around 9%.
The confusing part is:
The products I was selling were sensitive, and some returns may have happened because even small shipping impacts can damage these products during transit. Once we noticed this pattern, we had already started improving our packaging and protection process.
What I’m really trying to understand is:
Has anyone here actually managed to recover a terminated Trust & Safety account after submitting a POA or going through manual review?
Any advice from experienced Walmart sellers would genuinely mean a lot right now.
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice or experiences regarding a Walmart Seller account suspension and the subsequent appeal process.
Our account was suspended recently, and we submitted our appeal 13 days ago. Since then, we haven't received any response or update from the Trust & Safety team. We have a significant amount of funds currently held in the account, which is starting to impact our cash flow and operations.
We’ve heard that opening a new appeal can reset the clock or cause further delays, so we haven’t submitted a second one. However, the silence is concerning.
Has anyone dealt with a similar delay recently? Is 13+ days normal for Walmart right now, or should I be trying to reach out through other channels like LinkedIn or specific support emails? Also, does anyone know if there's a way to at least get a timeline for the fund release?
Any insights or tips on how to get a human to look at the case would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Platform sucks
1-unable to download transactions by date range
2- receive chargeback with out notice or ability to fight them
3-incentives are a scam they make your Irene below your cost in order to save 2-3% off the referral fees
4-no ability to charge restocking fee
5-the reports are mumbo jumbo and always delayed
6- seller board numbers do not match Walmart report numbers
7- initiated returns are debited even without the item ever being returned
8-have to literally have a full time employee sit there and analyze every transaction to see if we got paid accordingly
9-they don't warn or notify when they debit account for orders they just do and if you're not on top of your account you could be losing your pants.
I can go on and on but honestly I will say the only thing Walmart has going on right now is the traffic on the site.
Features, reports, support, guides, policies, processes, and everything else is just trash.
Watch your hard earned money before it flies away on Walmart.
We received 30 returns in April alone. The usual for Walmart customers…people won’t sign for orders because they only wanted to steal them anyway, no longer wanted (not so bad I understand this occasionally), defective (always a complete lie). Of course the used, half returned, not complete, theft by the customer where Walmart only wants to give 20%.
I actually selected “return is different from the original item”. Because they did not return the same F’in item. I did not send out a used, dirty, pos of an item but I certainly got something like that back. I absolutely did not receive the item I sent out and/or the same can be said for “I did not receive this return”. Walmart changed the dispute to “un-sellable” and gave me only 20%.
Who takes a picture of a random item or some garbage and sends that to Walmart stating that’s what was returned so you can get the full refund?
I thought I read in here someone said they use the “I did not receive this return” and that always works for them. It seems like it doesn’t matter, it’s always 20% no matter what I select as the reason.
Walmart don't give me buybox in any of my listed items even if im the best option. why can this happen? usually, if there is a investigation for the account, it gets you out of the list for the item. im on the list, but Walmart doesn't give me the buybox even my metrics and other parameters are good.
