Translations of bonus comics & stories!

Halo all. I'm a regular to this fandom, but really only on Discord, and occasionally twitter or bluesky. I work for Aoi Shoujo Scan. In the past year or so, I've noticed the vast majority of people in this fandom are unaware of the bonus scanlations my teammates and I do, so I'm gonna try and fix that!

Seven Seas Entertainment skips the MelonBooks leaflets that are included with every volume, they skipped the bonus booklets, ("Claire in Wonderland", the Animate Fair 2023 one, and the one included with the Japanese blu-ray) they passed on the DMM-Books-exclusive one-page comic where Rae and Claire meet as kids... There is LOADS of good stuff that you're missing out on if you only read the Official English or bootlegs of our scanlations that don't include the bonus chapters. And what's more, there's some lovely bonus stories direct from Inori that they never cover either.

Thanks to some friends of mine, I've even got a translation of the extremely rare "Revolution fanbook"-- a very limited run bonus story that was briefly sold alongside the Japanese Blu-ray. It's a Revolution fanfic written in-universe by Rei Oohashi. The one she mentions writing in the main series, if I'm not mistaken!

Most of the bonus items are on the series' MangaDex page, but the Blu-ray manga was taken down in the 2025 DMCA, our reworked scanlation of Claire in Wonderland is still in the works, and the non-manga bonuses don't make sense to post on *manga*dex.

It's poorly maintained, but the missing stuff can be found on my personal scanlations site.

There's a few things I've been forgetting to post there. I'll get to it eventually. But if the "Colds" bonus story is still missing in a few days, please do bother me about it wherever you can find me. I've probably forgotten. (^▾^')

(I won't be on reddit much outside making selfish self-promotion posts like this.)

Oh, updates on scanlations and bonus material related stuff can be found in my threads in the Discord, by the way! That includes the main series' chapters. Check the threads for the #iftv-manga channel.

Imagine Rae telling Claire that in her past life/world, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr from the Beatles are still performing at 83~85 💀😭

They've literally been doing this for over 65 years!

Just to put things into perspective; In WataOshi terms, Paul would be at least 15~16 years older than Claire's grandparents' generation, while Ringo is 17 to 18 years older than they would be!

So they both would've started their careers around the same time when her grandparents were just babies. 😭

Then when her parents were born, Paul was already over 37 to 39 years old—Meanwhile Ringo would've been 39 to 41 years old. And by the time she and Rae are born (circa 2004), they would already be 62~64 by then. 💀

Imagine her reaction LOL!

After almost a year of delays it's finally here

Took the German publisher a bit longer than planned but the wait was worth it. Really happy with the quality of the book.

Hopefully vol. 2 will be out on time.

I really hope we someday get a second season of WataOshi cause I need only anime watchers to know the stoy of Yuu Bauer

This is seriously some of the best >!trans representation I've seen in yuri or even just fictional manga, I really love how much time the author gives to discussing trans issues both in japan and in this fictional setting, especially in the light novels. Misaki's stoy is so gut wrenching and Yuu's story and eventual coming out is so beautiful and realistic considering it's fantastical nature. This is probably the best case of a magical gender-bend story I've ever seen, I just love how it was portrayed. Yuu is so precious, I love her!<

Did the anime skip or rush anything?

I just rewatched the anime and after finishing it, I couldn't help but think that things felt a little fast. However, I'm also used to animes that drag things out so maybe that's it? I looked the manga up and realized they adapted the first 5 volumes in 12 episodes. Is that normal for an anime? It sounds pretty fast imo. Still, I did enjoy the series and will always love it <3 hopes to a season 2!

What is Rae and Claire's Favorite Food?

I think Claire likes strawberries. She has a preference for sweets like Créme Brulée, Chocalte Mouse and so on. But I can't recall anything like that for Rae.

A cozy break (my art)

This was one of my favourite moments in the manga and I really wanted to try drawing and colouring it

What would Claire think about all the medical/technological advancements of our modern world/Rae's past life? (Pic unrelated)

Especially the fact that our median life expectancy is at least 73 to 75 globally—with it being as high as 83~85 on average in countries like Hong Kong, Italy and Japan? And even the standard retirement age for workers is over 60–65.

Not to mention, plenty of people live well into their 90s; and at least 1 in every 2,000 adults can survive to be over 100 years old (without healing magic)—with a few exceptionally rare and gifted supercentenarians making it over 110 to 120 years!

Which is funny; since there are high levels of child mortality in many of their societies (based on 1700s~1800s Europe), and most commoners only live to their 40s or 50s. While nobles usually made it into their 60s/70s, but were lucky to live past 80~90 years (unless they're special magic users or actually immortal LOL!)

Let alone the fact that some WW2 veterans are still alive at over 100~110, almost old enough to be her Great-great-grandparents 😭

In fact; Some of them are old enough to have children in their 80s, and even grandchildren in their 50s or 60s. 💀

>!>I know that in the LNs, it's revealed that she and Rae are originally from the future modern world, and the game was just a part of the loop system. But they both don't know it yet at this point.<!<

My humble IILWTV collection (please ignore Utena)

I finally finished reading the original LN. I can't describe how much I love this series. It's by far my favorite yuri. Honestly, I'm a bit jealous of Rae and Claire's relationship.

I'm a bit sad that I've finished the main story and won't be able to rediscover it.

As for the story, the LN was being published in France (the 4 first books on the left), but the publisher closed a few months before the final volume was released. Luckily, I managed to find online all 5 volumes in English for ~100€.

I'm going to start reading the spin-off from Claire's POV now.

There any way for an overseas fan to tell Yuri Hime we want a season 2 like Inori-sensei said?

Inori-sensei said in their latest blog post that we could beg Yuri Hime for a season 2 or merch lol. I'm down for that, but is there any way for us to do that as an overseas fan? Honestly, I can't find a website, I'm not sure where to go. Or is it like, something we can tweet at them?

I'm In Love With The Brainrot: Extra - 10 Years Later

btw, about future chapters, going to ask everyone what I should do with Manaria's arc.

I think I have the commoner movement arc kind of locked, but I want to know if I should skip Manaria's arc, since I can't really find a way to make anything related to Manaria really interesting.

If not, I'm probably just going to have a throwaway chapter about it, but, if so, I'm just straight up skipping to Lilly.
