Bought this beautiful 1891 Wedgwood Jasperware teapot for $55 from a lovely artist and seller who personally sourced it from an overseas antique market.

I can’t get over how vibrant the cobalt blue is and the photos just don’t do it justice. The tip of the spout was repaired with some type of kintsugi before it came to me and I kind of like it; it’s made the piece all the more unique.

Incidentally, today is the first time I ever used it (to make an absolutely delicious earl grey crème tea with notes of lavender and vanilla). Which got me thinking about Wedgwood and eventually led me to finding this subreddit.

I now think I need a matching cup and saucer... So this is definitely the start of a lifelong addiction collection!

Was on Check out to buy at amazing £35. And purchase app was super low in loading almost 4 mins spinding around trying to to load when it eventually did item was gone 🤦‍♂️

Just getting into the collecting hobby - don’t know much about it other than stumbling on these pieces in a thrift store and falling in love with the aesthetic. Took some inspiration for my nails today :)

Paid about 65 for the two! So excited about the brown one!

Wrapped in a bit xmas paper a crappy box and a see through bin bag . So sad a bit of bubble wrap cost nothing 🤦‍♂️

Limited edition 100 year queen mother . Looks so big in comparison to my other clocks.
