First time I've ever seen a toilet in the same room as a kitchen 😖

Was visiting a showroom in Costa Mesa, CA for a product demo and went to the restroom before leaving and found this. They had no explanation.

1. Improves security. Nobody wants to rob a house that has a dirty toilet in the front yard.
2. Helps keep property taxes down when prospectors come lurking.
3. Discourages door-to-door salesmen.
4. Discourages package thieves.
5. Increases privacy. Nobody will want to look through your windows after seeing what’s happening outside.
6. Could be used as a bird feeder or flower pot.
7. Emergency bathroom when nature calls.
8. Halloween candy station.
9. Could become a local tourist attraction.
10. Makes your house easy to find for Uber drivers and emergency services.
11. Could be passed down through generations as a family heirloom.
12. Excellent use of free will.
13. Nobody will ever know why.
