Hello! Does anybody know if the wellhub membership allows us to access the outdoor pool at Life Time - Sky (Manhattan) location? I think indoor is allowed but curious for the nicer outdoor pool area.
I usually go to the Penn1 location and I know pickleball court access isn't included in the wellhub membership.
I’m on Diamond Tier and went to a premium class this morning. Just opened the app the check in to lifetime but it says “daily limit reached.” I usually check into lifetime almost every time I take a premium class on the same day with no issue. Anyone else???
Is there a way to filter specifically for studios that are on a specific tier (example - diamond studios)? Trying to decide whether or not I want to update my membership and would like to see what new gyms I’d be getting access to
I’m using Wellhub, but I find the check-in approval process really inconvenient.
I go to a small gym where there often isn’t any staff available to approve my check-in. For example, if the owner is on holiday or off sick, the gym is still open, but I can’t check in because nobody is there to approve the request.
This is becoming quite limiting, even though I’m paying for the Wellhub membership.
Is there any workaround or solution for situations like this? Can the gym somehow allow automatic check-ins or approve them remotely?
Is there any way to remove the Wellhub AI page on the bottom of the app screen?
i tried going in today and when i went on the gyms nearby my gym group didnt show and when i went to search it up it said all the gym groups in london were temporarily closed but mine was clearly open
I don’t even care what the cost is, it’s ridiculous that I can’t go to a class and go to the gym on the same day. I don’t understand why a workout app is preventing me from working out!
I’ve gotten around it by paying outright for a class to save my check-in but there has got to be an option for multiple check-ins particularly for different types of gyms/studios!!
When I went to LA Fitness, the gym employee tried to make an account for me. The Wellhub ID didn't work. Their system kept saying that I needed to contact Wellhub customer service. Does having bronze a membership have anything to do with the error? I've used wellhub to go to my local yoga studio and that worked.
Has anyone had success connecting to iFeel through Wellhub? The Wellhub app says to "Sign-up with another email" on iFeel but that's not an option. Is there a specific step to take when creating an account? Is it possible to connect iFeel to Wellhub after creating an iFeel account?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Getting really frustrated with Wellhub. I've noticed gyms are leaving the platform because Wellhub isn't reimbursing them properly, but they're still showing up as "active" on the app. Went to try a couple of places (Train the Brain Fit and Hawk Gym in San Ramon, for anyone local) only to find out they'd already dropped Wellhub.
On top of that, I keep seeing posts/reviews about gyms leaving Wellhub, but I can't find a single example of a gym joining. Feels like the network is shrinking while their fees go up every year :(
Anyone else run into this? Curious if others have had luck getting refunds or if this is just the direction the platform is headed.
Tried another gym. It says I must book a class, but I'm no interest in any class, just want to use the gym/weights. Messa support and all the above happened again, so I have 2 requests with no answers and marked as resolved.
When looking for a gym nearby, the list comes randomly sorted and I'm not able to sort it by any order that suits me. Who in their right state of mind would come up with that?

Trying to figure out if I’m crazy or if this just happened overnight. But I recall up until basically this week Bodyrok was considered a premium class, but now when I look it shows as standard access. Maybe it’s just my location, has anyone else noticed this change?
I pay an additional $60 to book 4 premium classes on Wellhub. The other day, I booked a Barry’s bootcamp class. When I go to check in, the Barry’s front desk person tells me that the class is full and I can not join the app (please keep in mind that I had booked it on Wellhub and also checked in on the Wellhub app) so I leave Barry’s and try to get customer support’s help on the Wellhub app. It’s take over FORTY minute to get a semi resolution which was that they were going to email me. I get an email back saying that they are going to refund me $2 for the class. My ask was that since I was not able to take the class because of Barry’s/Wellhubs system issue, I should be able to book another premium class. They said no and said that $2 is more than enough to cover their mistake. How is that fair? I’ve gone ahead and cancelled my account
Does anyone have any recs? Could be Pilates or sculpt or anything really
