Posting here because Wellhub wants to put our studios on Platinum but we'd rather stay on Gold. As far as I know we are the only sauna / plunge provider on Wellhub Gold in NYC.

We are talking to them and are making some progress. If any of you enjoy using Kove on Gold we'd appreciate if you could submit a ticket asking them to keep Kove on Gold.

I saw a tik tok that wellhub is getting a new feature to notify when a class is available. This is definetly a step up than nothing but can we pleaseeee get a feature where wellhub members can actually add themselves to the waitlist. The most popular classes I like to take never open up because the waitlist lines are so long, so this feature is hardly helpful

Have the gold plan. Can I use the Life Time gym in San Diego?

I recently downgraded from gold -> titanium because my regular gym sessions are at titanium locations. However occasionally I like to go to premium classes at studios such as Barry’s, Solidcore, or Bodyrok. I figured that would be fine since the limit goes from 4->2 premium classes a month. I was shocked to find out that once I’m at Titanium, these premium studios aren’t available anymore. In fact, there are no premium classes at all in San Francisco Bay Area on the titanium plan. This effectively makes the 2x credit useless and in my opinion they shouldn’t even advertise it to begin with. I spoke to customer service and they weren’t very helpful, just confirmed that this behaviour is working as expected.

So frustrating… I won’t name names but the gym I go to in NYC is on Gold and about a month ago limited check- ins to 10 then went down to 8. Now they’re moving to platinum starting June 1st. So frustrating!!! I’m thinking this is a gym-specific issue not Wellhub but still needed to rant

I didn't even realise this had changed until I noticed I still had all my premium classes left.

Do Wellhub not usually message to notify on this sort of thing, what would have happened if I did 8 1Rebel classes assuming I was still using my premium allowance, would Wellhub have imposed a penalty on me for going over the 6??

I've already used half my new allowance and would have gone on Friday too. I contacted help desk and they're looking into it, but a notification from wellhub would have gone a long way!

Hi! I am a frequent Barry’s attendee but lately have been getting frustrated about access to the classes. I have the Barry’s app so I can see how many spots are left in class. Today I was looking at a class with 10+ spots left but Wellhub said the class had no spots left so I was unable to book. This is specifically for the Chelsea location but also have noticed elsewhere in nyc. It is frustrating because I know there is actually availability but I just can’t sign up!! Does anyone else experience this issue or have a known work around?

My old employer of 2.5 years ago had Wellhub, which I registered with my private email address to have access to the digital plan. Back then it didn’t make sense for me to have the paid plans so I never did.
I changed jobs 2 years ago and now I see that I still have my personal log-in and could in theory start paying for a membership now (gold, for example). However, in my “Account Details” tab, it says that my old employer is the Wellhub provider.

Can I still get a paid membership to start using it?

My new employer does not have Wellhub.

I am in the process of transitioning to a flip phone and my employer just got Wellhub. I just signed up for a free trial but it seems like I won’t be able to use it without a smartphone ?!

Does anyone feel that Wellhub doesn’t have new locations added frequently in the NY area? I live in westchester relatively close to NYC and the lack of variety here is astounding to me.

ClassPass has so many locations in these suburban regions and Wellhub has maybe 5% of what ClassPass has. What’s the barrier to entry into the Wellhub network? Is it a lack of Wellhub operational team to acquire new leads? I’m genuinely confused

Wondering how were you able to sign up for Club Studio Fitness through Wellhub (wondering since it doesnt have classes or much information on the app for me and just says go to the front desk to talk to them)? Did you physically go to the gym to sign up first time and then you get an account to book classes via the Club studio app? thanks!

Does anyone else’s app log you out almost daily? Everytime I go to check into a class, I have to reenter my email and password

My class at Barry’s got canceled this morning 10 mins before the start time and I reached the studio not knowing about it.
Other than the unacceptable mismanagement, wellhub really has been annoying about it by making it impossible for me to reach them.
I am using wellhub as a dependent and it feel its unnecessary that only the primary user can reach support. Like what is the purpose of this restriction?
