500!

Fun! I have a great appreciation for Wellhub- it’s given me ability to be my best while traveling often for work, make healthy routines, stay consistent, enjoy a lot of variety in workouts, manage to stay active while recovering from shoulder surgery. Not an employee. I get the gripes and agree with a few but overall feeling gratitude.

Wellhub -annual membership

If I have the annual membership and leave my employer, do I lose my corporate discount before the membership expires?

Should I sign up?

My employer just started offering Wellhub. The gym that I go to is on the platinum plan, and would be cheaper than what I pay directly per month. It appears to be standard access (1x day). Should I make the switch? I’m hesitant based on other comments. Is it likely they will bait and switch to either premium access or diamond?

Any other Wellhub partners get bait and switched to Diamond?

About 3 months into being a Wellhub partner, WH notified me that my business was being moved to Diamond from a lower tier because of a “system activation error.”

I immediately disputed the change because I have had many members sign up for Wellhub to utilize my services and it felt like a bait and switch for them. I’ve also invested in marketing and advertising as a Wellhub partner and encouraged people to sign up within our original tier which made it affordable for them.

I’m pretty confident a VERY LOW population of WH members are in the Diamond tier. Which creates a disadvantage for my business now.

I was told my case had been escalated for review.
Before I ever received an actual response to my dispute, Wellhub changed my tier anyway.

The only response I received was from a chat bot saying this is part of a global reclassification of therapy providers which conflicts with their original email that this was an activation error, so I’m trying to verify whether that’s actually happening.

UPDATE: Based on the responses so far, this appears to have been a universal rollout. However, it seems certain larger wellness and therapy providers were not impacted. The changes primarily affected small businesses and single-location studios, which raises questions about whether larger brand names were intentionally protected.

I’ve reached out to Wellhub multiple times through email, Instagram, X, and even via DM here as they requested below—and I still haven’t received a personalized response. The only reply received was on this public posts claiming these changes were intended to be “fair and sustainable” for both parties.

Meanwhile, members are being forced to pay higher premiums to access the same services they’ve always used, while locked into contracts, and partners continue to be paid the exact same reimbursement rates.

It pretty clear the driving force behind this change is greed. People are investing in their wellness more and more and Wellhub saw this trend as a money grab opportunity. Instead of finding more ways to make wellness more affordable for their members, they’ve decided to make it more expensive.

Shame on you Wellhub!!! You need to do better.

The Studio Chat

Hi everyone! I recently launched an Instagram called The Studio Chat that’s dedicated to the conversations happening behind the scenes in boutique fitness.
The goal isn’t to stir up drama—it’s to bring more transparency to the industry. I’ll be covering topics like:
Certifications (what’s transferable vs. studio-specific)
Pilates, Lagree & emerging fitness methods
Studio business
Instructor life
Industry trends
The questions everyone’s asking but no one seems to answer
I’m an instructor myself, so I’ve seen how confusing this industry can be for both instructors and clients. I wanted to create a space that feels more like a fitness publication than an influencer page.
If that sounds interesting, I’d love for you to check it out and let me know what topics you’d like to see covered.

Wellhub or similar for travel

I live in the uk and am visiting Canada soon. I have wellhub and can see it's available in Canada and the USA. Is Goodlife available on wellhub? Its the best gym in Toronto from memory for a gym and a steam.

Or is anyone aware of a travel gym app that gives access to goodlife?

Why is it so hostile to the users?

My company recently had to change our Urban Sports Benefit to Wellhub (due to the merge), and so far I truly don’t understand how Wellhub plans to retain the clients?

Previously, our Urban Sports benefit was priced 30€ for my plan (I’m in Spain). Now, I will have to pay 55€ for having LESS studios + 25$ no show fee? 😀 what?

If I want to keep access to the same studios, I’d need to pay 88€ per month, while my previous Urban Sports plan is still available for my private use at 64€, and the late cancellation fee is 5€.

In addition, the Wellhub app is not user friendly comparing to Urban Sports.

It is so confusing and weird, I genuinely wonder what is the business plan behind, as both myself and 80% of my colleagues decided to stay with previous service privately and refuse the company benefit use

Poor customer service….

Anyone work with Wellhub? Haven’t had anything but issues trying to work with them. Apparently their customer service reps won’t call people to work through issues. On the gym provider end every time someone emails and we reply we get an automated reply ‘this inbox is not monitored.’ Haven’t been paid for the month yet either.

Londoners, Wellhub is going to move many massage shops to the highest tier!

I’m really frustrated having to write this, but it’s happening: Wellhub is moving all the massage shops I use to the highest tier—"Diamond Plus" (yes, not just regular "Diamond," but "Diamond Plus"!)—starting July 1, 2026. And the owners of these shops have all told me that they never requested this tier change.

Do you have any advice on how to handle this? Personally, I’d like to encourage everyone to speak up and let Wellhub—or your employer—know what’s going on.

Crunch Fitness denies classes booking/walk-in

Wellhub says I can go for gym+ classes at Crunch in my neighbor location. However, CRunch says I can’t book classes / or walk in for that matter - only Crunch members gets to sign up for the classes.im paying 100/mo fo Wellhub premium membership and I can’t access a basic gym in my neighborhood?

Wellhub has been a constant disappointment. almost no gym allows you to book class, none allows you be out on waitlist for class.

American Wellhub Account in London

I am on the platinum plan here in NYC and will be in London for some time later this year. When I checked out London on the app's map from the US, I didn't see any available gyms. Does anyone know if they will populate once I am in London, or does my employer need to have signed us up for that kind of access abroad?

Benefit no longer offered to part-time employee

I have been with this employer 9 years. Have recently found out, it is now only offered to full-time employees. I have using wellhub/gympass since 2023. There is no other way to continue my membership. Can someone else add me as a family member?

Refer a gym

To my fellow Wellhubers, has anyone had any success with referring a gym/studio? I’ve tried multiple times referring a gym and still nothing. This gym is available in other cities/states under my tier, just not the location closest to me.

Canceled classes

I am super frustrated with Wellhub. I missed a 6am class today and by 8am they had already canceled all of my other classes for the month. Super frustrating as I was planning to pay the $25 to keep booking and they usually provide ~12 hour grace period. Now even if I pay the $25 my other classes have all been cancelled! It also seems to be glitching today and very slow to use.
