Excuse me, everyone, how can I thoroughly clean the pulp residue of the newly arrived Pan Long Wen walnuts?

The shell is insanely tough. These don't break even under car wheels. I think those are black walnuts??

Any advice on where to begin? I've never done this before

I got these pair a few days ago, they were raw do i had to clean them myself. Ive been trying to get those white thingy on the cracks and seams but i cant seem to reach it? Idk is this good enough? But in all honesty i want my walnuts to be 100% clean.

Do you guys have any advices or recommendations?
Anything is appreciated!
