Good morning. I have recently gotten a dog from the shelter he was listed as a Maltese, which I see the shelter list any small dog with white fur. We have had him about a month. I’m not used to small dogs having been the previous owner of 2 Siberian Huskies. This dog’s primary method of communication is growing and grumbling, happy, potty break, frustrated, wants to play etc there is growls and grumbling. He also barks at any noise which we are working on. His favorite thing is to play fetch. He can play fetch in the house for 30 minutes or more. He loves toys, balls, tug of war and he likes to sleep on the bed and be on the couch with us. He is also very bossy if we don’t notice he wants to play fetch and will push on me with his paws and growl and shove the ball at me until I notice. He is 8 years old and weighs 14.8 pounds. Just adopted two days ago from the county shelter (he was found wandering the streets), and they had him listed as a Rough Collie Mix. He is the sweetest guy!! LOVES my toddlers and is extremely patient with all of their chaos and nonsense. He is also very good with the cats and seems to have a low prey drive; we came face to face with a deer on our recent hike and he just calmly observed it. While he is very athletic and energetic outside, he has a definite off switch and prefers to chill out/nap while inside. He is very quiet (rarely barks or whines) and observant: his mood and energy level seems to reflect that of the family.
Physically, he has that fluffy double coat on his neck and booty; other than that, it is a very coarse single coat. His ears shift between floppy and straight; it depends on how alert he is at the moment. He's pretty big (if a bit underweight) and currently weighs 55 lbs.

The owner of a shop had the most adorable dog, and when asked she said “it’s a Habibi Bear”. I looked this up which seemed to be a like brand of dog, with a whole mission statement, rather than a breed. Any help?

Can anyone identity dog breed or mix by this photo? I asked the owners and they had no idea — could only say this guy was a rescue.
He’s 15 now, but we got him at 12 weeks old and were his third owners. I’m not sure how he went through so many owners at that young an age, but because of it we don’t really know where he came from or what he’s mixed with.
My family have always thought there’s some staffy in him, but we’re not confident and we don’t know what else he could be mixed with.

shes more large ? than medium sized dog and acts more like a human/cat than a dog if that helps in anyway lol

I'm not sure what exactly he is, but he's about 1 1/2 years old.. full of energy, super sweet, extremely strong, can be aggressive..
We think he has Pit in him based on his looks and build..
Found him running around the streets. His ears were both pricked when I first got him but it seems like they’ve flopped at the tips. He is currently around 7 weeks old. Tail is curled as shown.
My sister in-law's dog they got over a decade ago. They rescued her and never got her breed. They say she might be mixed, but I have no idea what she could be.
Rescued this 5 month old. I believe he is boxer and German Shepherd. Agree?
