I need a car thats reliable and a bit flex. probably better if it has space to move some stuff sometimes (not too much as i work from home). I need to be able to leave it in the parking for 6 months per year. also i will transport my wife in it.

considering:

land cruiser lc300 vxr

lexus lx600

porsche cayenne gts

urus (can stretch the budget if needed)

bmw x5 (but new facelift coming soon)

nissan patrol

otherwise maybe sedans would also be ok, not sure

not really sure what would be best here, any advice?

For reference i am a university student, and i am looking to buy a decent reliable/fun car. I have a maximum budget of 30,000 dirhams. If anyone is selling their personal car or has any recommendations for any cars please let me know, ive been looking at old lexuses, 2016 golfs etc.

I’m spoiled with performance and comfort by my 2015 Mercedes ML400 amg with a V6 twin turbo and air suspension. I also have a Mustang GT. (Which also spoiled me with power)

It’s time to sell my Mercedes off not because it had problems but i don’t keep cars post 250000kms.

The issue is I want to get a car in this budget which feels like an upgrade from my current car but I have to travel a total of 200kms daily so upgrading to any AMG, RS or M car would break the bank with maintenance. (If anyone has owned and thinks there are work around lemme know cuz I don’t mind)

My friends told me to go for Land Cruiser or Nissan patrol but the NA V6 doesn’t excite me. Twin turbo models go for 300k.

Looking for something exciting to drive, with newer features .similar maintenance or lesser considering the kms driven yearly.

Cars I’ve considered or looked at

1. 2021 Audi RSQ8 80,000km with service records (loved this car but maintenance scares me)

2. 2020 BMW X5M50i 65,000km( perfect all rounder but heard from several people the engine suffers from issues )

3)2023 defender 110 P400 HSE 75,000km ( slightly above budget)

4. 2020 LX570s 79,000km loved the interiors but no CarPlay and doesn’t have a satisfying pull.

5. 2022 BMW X5 40i ( found this car good but it doesn’t have road presence like the Mercedes and power is more or less the same)

Is it a right decision to buy golf gti 2024 from cars24 without previous service history and with cars24 warranty ?
