idk where else to post this just wanted to know what the hell these weird ass tools are on this old cheap Swiss Army knife thing never seen any shit like this lmao

Being a sucker for any thing mechanical I picked this up at a local auction with some other bits. Thinking it was some sort of metal punch, cutter or notcher. After a little work got it working, to find that I believe it's missing a jaw/cutter/blade/punch. But with no identifying marks I don't know where to start looking for spares. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
