I found this in a junk drawer. No idea what it is.

I was given a bunch of tools a few years ago and found these drill bits among them. Not sure what language, but am assuming Japanese. All I was able to find is that the HSS AL represents 'High Speed Steel containing Aluminum'. Would just like to know what these would be used for, do I need any kind of special tool to use them, are they valuable, and maybe information on the brand. Thank y'all and really appreciate such a specific, large community for my curiosity!

I bought a small box of old tools yesterday because I saw that there were some beautiful pin vices inside (2nd pic). There were also quite a few small metal tapered tools, which I mistook for files (there were also some files in the box so I just assumed they were all files). Back home I realised most of the tapered tools were something else.
The tools are 5 sided, each side is smooth, slightly tapered to a point, and have no markings whatsoever. My thought was that these might be reamers, but I might very well be wrong.
If I am right, how do you use reamers? And if I’m wrong, what is this tool?

Got a big box of miscellaneous pliers and the like but no idea what this could be for. Best I can tell is the obvious locking pliers part.

Does anyone know what measurement tool this is?
