How would you build a character themed around eating/food

I've always loved characters in games whose mechanics where based on eating or cooking, like Grom the Paunch from Total War Warhammer (or the other food related lords/factions). I fell in love with this image specifically and I figured it would make sense to build a lizardfolk with their Hungry Jaws ability. What class would you build? I know chef is a background (feat?) but I feel like we can do better than that... any suggestions?

I found this art years ago in instagram and saw the image again after a few weeks agao while deleting a few pictures on my phone.

I do not know who the creator is, as the image was found some account that share's art from many creators in it.
