Hey, I am new to editing. I wanna start editing mainly YouTube shorts. And I'm also doing clipping in my phone, so I'm looking for any help from who is experience in this both. Editing and clipping stuff, which will be better, MacBook. Or a windows laptop.

I’m planning to build a tool that automatically clips long videos into short-form clips. You’d simply provide the timestamps for the sections you want, and the tool would generate the clips for you.

Would something like this be useful for you?
