Any advice

Losing my wife five years ago changed my life in ways I still struggle to put into words. The grief, loneliness, and trauma that came with it were things I never imagined having to face. Some days were harder than others, and healing has been a long, difficult journey.
Over time, I’ve learned how lonely life can get when everyone else seems to move forward while you’re still trying to put the pieces of yourself back together. But after five years, I’m finally opening my heart to the possibility of finding love again. I know I can’t replace what I lost, but I believe there’s still room for something beautiful.
I miss having someone to share the little things with, someone to laugh with, talk to, and build a future with. I guess I’m just hoping to meet someone who understands that starting over takes courage, patience, and a little faith. ❤️
Any advice

Lost my husband a week ago

I lost my husband a week ago. He died in my arms. We were supposed to move into our dream home last week. I feel like I’ve lost everything. He was only 34. I’d do anything to get him back. I don’t know how to move on from this. I miss and love him so much. I’ll take any advice.

Second year advice

I am approaching my second year and although I feel better equipped and relieved the first full year is completely over with, I wonder if your journey changed, improved, or had new challenges in your second year and beyond. All the things I had to take care of last year and readjusting won't be an issue this year.

After going through the worst stress possible, I do not stress as much about small things and have learned to enjoy the moment.

Did time appear to move quicker after the second year for you or essentially the same?
