How do I get my resolution down to 800x600 without being in safe mode? I remember an option used to be here but now it’s just these two

I’m trying to get an old game working for someone but the game refuses to launch if the pc isn’t in 800x600

My full screen start setup. First time owning a windows tablet and tablet mode actually looks good on it. It reminds me of Windows 10 Mobile a bit.

I never really liked the start screen and tiles on desktops, tbh.

Did W10 just receive an update for Start menu?

I've never seen the Start menu become transparent like this. I didn't do anything to make it look like this.

Saw this at a tech store, appears to be a Windows 10 demo stand of some sort. Anyone know how rare this is?
