safety of the ips

hello everybody im a new content creator from iran and because youtube is banned in iran and also sanctioned i was thinking of getting windscribe for my uploads and browsing but my concern is because windscribe is one of the most popular vpns in the world surely have its ips flagged as vpn ip so is it safe for me to use in this case or i risk getting banned ?

Last few weeks it took a few tries, but now using any Dutch vpn, and cycling through some ip addresses, videoland.com always gives the error that it's not available on my location. I have streaming enabled on my account.

Anything else I can try?
