Getting 1gig fiber installed on October 7th and wanted a few opinions of the service. I’m in eastern Kentucky and I’m currently with Starlink residential max.
2 days in a row, the internet has just cut out, "connected without internet." It stays out for over an hour, regardless of modem/router resets. Super frustrating because the only reason we switched is because of price difference. Spectrum rarely ever had issues like this. I guess this is a lesson of getting what you pay for. 🙄
Today I got 700GB both ways on my 2 Gig Symmetrical service.
I'm happy!
