Most people who followed $CYDY remember March 30, 2021. The FDA publicly stated that CytoDyn's claims about leronlimab were "misleading and not supported by the data", no benefit was shown in COVID-19 treatment trials. The stock dropped 25%+ that day.

What happened afterward was a class action lawsuit covering investors who held $CYDY between March 27, 2020 and March 30, 2022.

A $500,000 settlement has been reached and terms are now submitted to the court for approval.

Who qualifies?

Anyone who held $CYDY during the class period and suffered losses from the alleged misrepresentations about leronlimab's effectiveness for HIV and COVID-19.

Can I still apply?

Yes, you can submit your application now and it will be processed once claims filing officially opens after court approval.

If you were damaged by this don't forget to check your eligibility. GL!

2025 En Primeur

Alright gang, I've taken the plunge into 2025 Bordeaux En Primeur. Grabbed 6 bottles of Prieure-Lichine (I know I'm on the lower end of people, but gotta start somewhere).

In the market to maybe buy 3-6 more bottles depending on my finances in the next little bit. Looking at the ~100-150$ per bottle range (CAD West coast) Seen lots of hype around Rauzan Segla, and Margaux has been really interesting my palate.

For reference, my favorite areas are Pessac and St.Estephe. if anyone has any insight or thoughts about the best bang for buck.

Ones I'm considering are: Pagodes de Cos, D'Issan, Brane Cantenac, Larcis Ducasse, Clinet, Branaire-Ducru, Domaine De Chevalier, and Rauzan Segla.

Cheers for any thoughts!

How did you start learning wine without getting overwhelmed

ive been trying to learn more about wine but theres so much information that i have no idea what actually matters at the beginning so for someone who mostly wants to taste better understand their own preferences and get more confident choosing wine what would you focus on first
