Hey guys, if you missed it, CytoDyn just settled $500K with investors over claims it misled the market about its drug leronlimab some time ago. And they have already sent the agreement to the court for final approval.

In a nutshell, in 2021, CytoDyn was accused of overstating the effectiveness and regulatory progress of leronlimab. In short, the FDA later said the company’s claims were not supported by data, revealing no clear benefit.

After this news came out, the stock dropped 25%, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.

The good news is that the company recently agreed to settle $500K with them, and already sent this agreement to the court for final approval. So, if you invested in $CYDY when all of this happened, you can check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $CYDY at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

Most people who followed $CYDY remember March 30, 2021. The FDA publicly stated that CytoDyn's claims about leronlimab were "misleading and not supported by the data", no benefit was shown in COVID-19 treatment trials. The stock dropped 25%+ that day.

What happened afterward was a class action lawsuit covering investors who held $CYDY between March 27, 2020 and March 30, 2022.

A $500,000 settlement has been reached and terms are now submitted to the court for approval.

Who qualifies?

Anyone who held $CYDY during the class period and suffered losses from the alleged misrepresentations about leronlimab's effectiveness for HIV and COVID-19.

Can I still apply?

Yes, you can submit your application now and it will be processed once claims filing officially opens after court approval.

If you were damaged by this don't forget to check your eligibility. GL!

Château Angélus out today

Write up doesn’t sound promising and £126 uplift on a case of 6 on 2024. Unfortunately due to a sentimental attachment I have no choice.

2025 Château Beauséjour J. Duffau-Lagarrosse

This one is coming out quite highly recommended from a few people

2025 Château Beauséjour J. Duffau-Lagarrosse

3x75cl OWC - £276/3

Magnums OWC1 - £184/1
Magnums OWC3 - £552/3
(No extra bottling charges apply- which is rare and strongly encouraged to take advantage of! I am still deeply regretting missing the boat on Cheval Blanc magnums (now sold out), if one had to choose, this is the format to buy en primeur, as they are so much harder to find down the line.)

A blend of 69% Merlot and 31% Cabernet Franc, the 2025 Beauséjour (Duffau Lagarrosse) unwinds in the glass with notes of violets and sweet wild berries, displaying lovely purity and integration. Medium- to full-bodied, concentrated and layered, with bright acids, ripe tannins and a penetrating finish, it's Joséphine Duffau Lagarrosse's most accomplished wine to date, showing just what this exceptional limestone terroir is capable of.

96-98/100 William Kelley, WA

The 2025 Beauséjour J. Duffau-Lagarrosse is a fabulous, contemporary Saint-Émilion. Notes of lavender, rose petal and mocha lift the effortless bouquet. Silky tannins and deceptively mid-weight structure are some of the signatures. Stylistically, Beauséjour is one of the most aromatic, understated wines in Saint-Émilion. Bright red-toned fruit, spice and pomegranate unfold with time in the glass.

95-97/100 Antonio Galloni, Vinous

Very few importers in the UK, only 4 I believe - Flint is one of them
