This anime feels like a stepdad that stepped up after the real one went to get milk (Black Clover)

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love Black Clover but I hated that it went on a hiatus for so long after I binge watched it back in 2023.

And it felt like I was looking around constantly for something to satisfy that itch that black clover left, But every magic anime I watched , I hated because it just wasn’t what I wanted. I tried Mashle and hated it. I had already read fairy tail before black clover and I didn’t really like it as much as black clover.

And then I finally got around to watching Wistoria, which I’m not gonna lie , I didn’t like at first because it did feel like a cheap knockoff of black clover, but after seeing the Will vs Julius fight and hearing the opening theme play during the fight , I finally fell in love with the anime. And I’m currently catching up on season 2 and I have been having so much fun, and I , no longer miss black clover as much anymore,
It doesn’t feel like I’m constantly looking for something to replace black clover anymore either, And I really hope Wistoria just continues to get even better because this anime is so perfect.

So, how were the magia venders supposed to defeat this thing?

Consider the fact that all of them didn't exhaust their magic and went to fight this thing. How exactly would they have even defeated this? The sleime would have absorbed the magic and it's not like they have monstrous physical strength?

Even edward, the one who was mentioned to be closer to magia venders then any others was struggling with dinoboroses not even the devender.

( I haven't read the manga but I don't mind spoilers if there is any required to explain my question? )

I kind of feel bad for Wignall here

Who knew that this serious girl would have this type of personality. It's true whay they say don't judge a book by its cover. Lol 😂 the expression on wignall's face is hilarious. He's probably thinksing i should have stayed down there and not joined her. I feel bad for the dude. And I thought Zeo had quite the personality. It seems each one them has a dark side to them

This guy is crazy XD

He's a mad man 😂 He just want to experiment on will like a lab rat and he'snotbeven hiding it. One of the things I like about this story is the characters even the bad one are actually fun and entertaining. They are simply well designed which makes all this waiting for new chapters hard but for quality releases it make sense.

we should start a petition for weekly release

With the rising number of fans this anime has fuji genuinely gotta up the game because i dont think people will be able to bear one chapter a month for an anime that is rising in popularity like i literally finished manga in a few hours right after watching ep6 of anime so yeah we should petition like bro has to capitalize on this opportunity it might even be candidate for anime of the year😭😭

Elfie and Colette

Am wondering if Elfie hate Colette because she love will and what happen when they was first years or grateful to her for being there for him when she couldn't have because she was in the tower

Who is stopping Elfaria from recruiting Will? Does she not have any authority at all?

Like it doesn’t make any sense. From all I’ve seen. She is practically considered a Demi-god to the rest of the mages. She sits at the table with the King. How does she not have the direct power to recruit who she wants?

She obviously can stop Julius from being recruited at the same time…

Is she not the leader of faction here? Who is stopping this? And how?

I mean you would think that the most talent mage in a generation would be someone you want to keep a bit happy. And it’s not like there Al isn’t that other guy rooting for him.

So, why the hell are her orders being ignored here?

And what kind of cruel ass people make kids do that for their entertainment. Wasn’t getting a cloak supposed to be a reward?

And how much more does Will have to prove the day before he was saved the entire city by himself in full view of everyone.

I get no magic at all magic school being bullied but by now it’s just madness.

Edit: Resolved

Okay…since no one really gave me a good answer here, I found out.

It’s simple, there is a person that in charge of the bloom and recruitment, he’s the one that keeps denying the request. There is a single point of failure and it’s him.

And since he’s the head of the colorless faction, that means he is in direct control of Will because he starts as colorless. e.g. your current faction leader. has to approve of any transfers, and he doesn’t.

Didn’t really get all that when I watched it.

The more I see zeo in the anime i love the guy.

I like his strait forwardness especially to will even knowing he took her from elfie he knows talent when he sees it. He even said he take a drawf if they can stand his training for long enough. The respect he gives to will is excellent.
