John Bui Tran Tran was last seen at a party on Mitchell Street in Randolph, Massachusetts on April 2, 2005. John moved from West Covina, California to Dorchester, Massachusetts in the summer of 2004. He lived on Church Street, took a job at a pet supply store in Quincy, Massachusetts, and enrolled in Quincy College part-time where he majored in liberal arts.

John frequently donated blood through the American Red Cross, and often rode around on his bicycle, carrying a dark-colored backpack. He also wanted to write screenplays. a

Trevor John Bilodeau (known locally as Captain Trevor) has been missing from Clearwater, Florida since January 23, 2025. Despite being registered in federal missing persons databases, his case currently has zero mainstream media coverage.

Because his disappearance has completely slipped under the radar of local news desks, I am going to do my best to provide as much details as possible, while being respectful of those surrounding Trevor. That being said, the information provided is a combination of verified information (NamUs) and crowd sourcing. I believe this will be the first publicly accessible inspection of his case. Hopefully, Google's search engines will pick up flag words for anyone looking for this individual.

Physical Description & Visual Identifiers

Age at Disappearance: 44 years old (Born August 21, 1980 / Current Age: 45 years old. (Namus, 2026)

Height & Weight: 5'8" to 5'11" tall / Medium build, 160–180 lbs. (NamUs, 2026)

Hair & Facial Hair: Bald or very closely shaved brown head / Prominent, distinctly graying goatee. (NamUs, 2026).

Signature Look: He spent his days out on the water and was rarely seen without a gray/blue "PFG" (Performance Fishing Gear) hat or a grey "The North Face" baseball cap, a thin black cord necklace, and clear-framed sunglasses with bright blue mirrored lenses. (Facebook, Reviews, Instagram, 2021-2024).

Trevor relocated to Pinellas county Florida in 2021, moving from the New England area. This date is provided by his Flordia voters registration. Trevor has life long connections to New England, graduating from the University of New Hampshire in May of 2010 (The Keen Sentinel, May 30, 2010). He attended Keen Highschool in Keen, New Hampshire, he was a part of the class of 99'.

In New Hampshire, Trevor Bilodeau was an active member of his community. Sometime around 2017(Unsure when this business started) he was the owner of "Wagging Tails" dog walking and pet sitting, a commercial service operating heavily across the Concord and Pembroke areas up until his relocation. He was well-known in regional animal welfare circles, including local animal shelter events. A photo in 2017 shows him and his son at the Manchester Animal Shelter's 2017 Mutt Strutt Event. I wasn't able to find a trustworthy source for this information but one source stated he was a local bartender in Concord as well.

-Leominster & Salem, MA: Princeton St / Heritage Dr

It's important to note that New Hampshire was not the only other state listed in his address history. I was able to find facebook comments where he discussed Vermont as well. He may also have stayed in Massachusetts and other surrounding states.

After Trevor's relocation to Florida in February of 2021, he resided at an apartment complex along US highway 19.

In November of 2022, he registered his business SEA PARADISE CHARTERS LLC.

In 2023, Trevor marries an individual who I will not name, as I'm not sure it's ethical to do so. I will note that the name isn't hard to find, but any information regarding this person is.

During Trevor's time in Florida he would work in several "Tour Boat Operations" as his alias "Captain Trevor.". Trevor holds a Master United States Coast Guard (USCG) License. Under his LLC, he ran commercial dolphin sightings, sandbar swims, and sunset cruises. He operated a large, distinct white-and-teal tour catamaran directly out of the Clearwater Beach Municipal Marina.

He worked for two other Tour Boat Operations which are still up and running: Fins Up Clearwater and Cruisin Tikis Clearwater.

It's important to note, that his LLC Sea Paradise Charters LLCs website and informational services have been dissolved. The remains of his business are bits and pieces spread out over Instagram and Facebook.

Trevor worked at Fins Up Clearwater presumably until his disappearance.

Details about the circumstances of his disappearance are unknown. However, Trevor did join a Facebook group around December 9th, 2024 called "St. Petersburg Roommates: Rooms for Rent & Roommate Finder". Digging through the Facebook group, there is no useful information, it's mostly filled with Bots and AI.

Months after his disappearance, a formal missing persons report was filed with Flordia Law Enforcement in August of 2025.

In September of 2025, his business was dissolved for failing to report in 2025. His last report was made in May of 2024.

In October of 2025, his Wife filed to dissolve their marriage. The source for this is verifiable as it comes from official newspaper archives. It appears because the state could not locate him, they posted publicly in the newspaper.

Trevor John Bilodeau also loved saltwater fishing. His Instagram profile features many, many photos of him on the water, and posing with fish. I was able to find an informational booklet where it seems he joined some sort of leaderboard or club for salt water fishing.

Trevor seemed to bring a strong and electric vibe to every event he worked. His Facebook page, Instagram accounts feature many photos of him with people he would sail with or take on his many dolphin tours. When looking through the reviews at his place of employment he has countless 5 star reviews, where folks compliment his energy and even pose with him for pictures.

Due to Trevor's highly public lifestyle, I find it astonishing how little information is out about his story.

Thanks to all the people who have taken pictures with Trevor, I was able to compile several much high quality photos of Him. Including the most recent photo I was able to find, taken around September of 2024. I do not know if it was actually September however, since Google reviews do not provide actual dates. I was able to estimate it however based on the context of the reviews surrounding the original review. Mentions of Hurricane Helen came up, which as a survivor of the storm myself, I remember that it specifically struck in September.

Trevor also has a phone number connected (Somehow, I couldn't really decipher how) to his name on sites like Truthfinder and Whitepages that are featured on old rave flyers. I was able to find this out thanks to the folks on a Facebook group where they preserve old flyers.

Something that stands out to me is, the most recent photo of him. He appears to have put on weight suddenly. This could indicate stress.

A 28-year-old mother and her two young children were chased down a street and killed in a shooting that shocked a Florida city on May 3.

​According to the Plant City Police Department, the violence occurred at two separate locations. Officers first responded to reports of a disturbance in the 300 block of West Tever Street, where four individuals were found.

​A 4-month-old infant and a 4-year-old child had sustained gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene. Their mother, Hailey Dempsey, was still alive when officers arrived. She was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Another child at the scene was unharmed.

​“During the investigation, officers were led to a second location in the 900 block of North Burton Street, where the 55-year-old mother of the 28-year-old was found deceased from a gunshot wound,” Chief Richard Mills Jr. said in an official statement on Facebook.

The victim at the second location was later identified as Valerie Deboe, Dempsey’s mother.

Investigators said that Dempsey reportedly ran nearly half a mile carrying her newborn baby while trying to save her children. The family was later found in bushes nearby.

​Husband Detained, Then Released

Hailey Dempsey’s husband, Jay Dempsey, 27, was detained nearby, with neighbors witnessing the arrest. However, he was later released due to a lack of evidence, according to the Daily Mail, and no suspect is currently in custody.

A neighbor of Deboe, John Czarniak, told authorities the couple had argued on May 1. Police were called to the residence but left soon after.

He also claimed he saw Jay Dempsey putting on a bulletproof vest and loading a large duffel bag into his car on May 2.

​”He came walking out of the woods at 3 a.m. (on May 3), got in his dead wife’s car, and drove off,” Czarniak said.

​Investigators also noted that Jay Dempsey is an avid shooter who previously shared multiple photos from his shooting outings on social media platforms.

After being released from custody, Jay allegedly left town and deleted all his social media accounts.

​Police Seek the Public’s Help

​The Plant City Police Department continues to investigate the killings and is urging the public to come forward with information.

​“Some of the people traveled on foot between North Burton Street and the West Tever Street locations during the early morning hours,” said Mills Jr.

​Authorities are asking residents and businesses in the area to:

​Review surveillance or doorbell camera footage recorded between 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on May 3, 2026.

Check for video showing a woman walking with three young children near North Burton Street, West Tever Street, or the surrounding areas.

​Anyone with information is urged to contact the police at 813-763-3316. “Information can be provided anonymously,” Mills Jr. said.

“I cannot imagine the devastation. I hope that child has supportive and loving family that will care for him,” said Camryn Henry of Plant City Commission Group.

​The investigation remains active and ongoing, authorities said.

**RALEIGH PD LEADING INVESTIGATION AS DETAILED IN RPD FLYER**

Elliott Fitzpatrick, 40, was last seen on May 8, 2026, at the Mallory Apartments on Landmark Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina. Elliott is approximately 5’10” tall and weighs 185lbs. He is employed by the VA as a psychologist.

He may be driving a red 2021 Toyota Corolla SE with a NC license plate EFF-4637. Family and friends are concerned for his well-being after losing contact with him.

A missing persons report has been filed with the Raleigh PD. Anyone who has seen Elliott Fitzpatrick, his vehicle, or has information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to contact local law enforcement immediately.

**UPDATE**: 1 week into the search, the vehicle has not been able to be located as the model does not have GPS tracking capabilities. If anyone sees the vehicle please report to police.

About Elliott: he is an avid tennis player and hiker, and frequently visits the Alan Schenk forest in Raleigh, including the day of his disappearance on May 8th. Hikers are encouraged to report any sightings of the 2021 red corolla or anything they see in local NC hiking areas.

This is my family’s story.

My brother, Matthew Loren Wall, was last seen by my mom in October of 2017 as he was boarding a bus to California to see his daughter. On February 16, 2018, another family member dropped him off at the Loma Linda Veterans Hospital in California. He was expected to go through another round of rehab for alcohol and PTSD. We have not seen or heard from him since.

The hospital refused to let us talk to my brother while in rehab. They always said “he wasn’t taking calls from family.”

Weeks go by. Weeks turn into months and we still had not heard from him. This wasn’t abnormal. Matt had a tendency to disappear for a few weeks/months, but would always reappear when he needed help, money, or just had a funny story to tell.

In February 2019, I reported him missing to the Riverside County Police Department. The male detective chastised me and said that I was a “shitty sister” for waiting so long to report it. He refused to work with me because of the time difference between California and Guam. So, he began talking with my mom and sister. My family explained that Matt has a history of suicidal tendencies, PTSD, seizures and assumed Chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). *Yes, I understand that can’t be verified/diagnosed unless the patient is dead.*

The detective went on to tell my mom that he had talked to the hospital and was told my brother “just doesn’t want his family to know where he is at.” However, he never spoke directly to or laid eyes on Matt. He told my mom, “case closed. Quit calling.”

A female detective at the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department told my sister that my brother committed suicide in Austin. However, she could not provide information or proof. My sister called all over the greater Austin area to no avail. Another dead end.

We never heard from the police department again. One week of mediocre work is all they gave us.

We’ve tried to list in him in National missing persons databases, but are unable to because the police department said the case was “closed.”

We’ve spent the last two years working with veteran’s groups and spreading the word over Facebook. Until today....I received a letter in the mail from the police department about property I needed to claim from the case.

They wanted to return the missing person photos we sent to them. While talking to the police department, the lady suddenly said “I’m sorry, ma’am. I can’t send these to you afterall. This is still an open and active case. Your brother is still listed as missing.” She gave me the name of a new detective to talk to.

So, now we have to start this process all over. Hopefully this time we get answers.

My brother is a 10-year Army veteran who completed multiple tours in Iraq/Afghanistan. He is 35 years old with an 8-year old daughter. He’s got 3 sisters, a mom, grandpa and countless other family members who miss him. He may be going by a different name now.

If his wish is to truly remain hidden from us, we want to respect that....But we want to hear that from him. His voice. His words. We just want to know that he is safe, healthy, and alive.

We have loved him and looked for him every day for 3 years. We will continue to look for him.

Does he know his baby sister got married? Does he know I moved to another country and my number has changed? Does he know his grandpa had a heart attack and almost died? I know in my heart he would want to know those things and many others, but we have no way of reaching him.

My hope is that he knows he is loved, missed, wanted, and looked for.

Please help me share this so that, if he is alive and out there, he knows we’re looking for him and we won’t stop.

Something about this seems off about this. She’s been missing for almost 2 years but there’s no new articles or online posts about this until now?

Antonio Tovar was last seen leaving his home in the 1500 block of Wedgewood Street and the Hardy Toll Way in Houston, Texas on August 20, 2022. He has never been heard from again.

A Surrey family is desperately searching for answers tonight.

29-year-old Francisco Concha Martinez has not been seen or heard from since May 5 — and now his vehicle has been discovered abandoned near Duffey Lake Road, outside Pemberton.

Police say Francisco is:

▪️ Slim build

▪️ Black hair with a partial beard

His grey 2026 Mazda CX30 was located nearly 50 km outside Pemberton, raising growing concern about his safety.

Someone may have seen something.

Even the smallest detail could matter.

There’s little to no coverage for the 13 kids (ages 0-10) found on the oregon states missing person list. All but one don’t even have a photo attached, and some lack basic info such as hair color. I noticed two of the kids went missing from the same county on the same day. (pictures 1 and 2 attached) You can check the oregon’s missing person list: https://www.oregon.gov/osp/missing/pages/missingpersons.aspx and just put in the filters ages 0-10, with the last seen date being as early as february 1st, 2025. There’s even an infant below 1 that went missing just two days before another infant under 1 went missing in the same county.(pictures 3 and 4)
Just really crazy to me that you can google most these kids’ names and won’t find a single post about them. What’s going on?
