Honestly, the movies did you so dirty 😭
Book Ginny was confident, funny, fierce, an amazing Quidditch player, and had an actual personality. Movie Ginny was basically reduced to “Harry’s love interest who says awkward things.” 💀
They really took one of the coolest Weasleys and said: yeah, let's barely give her any character development. 😭
One of the reasons I’m actually excited for the upcoming show is to finally see Ginny as she was meant to be portrayed — confident, funny, badass, and so much more than just Harry’s girlfriend. 🔥

Nicholas Hoult (to be Gilderoy Lockhart) auditioned for the role of Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy for the original Harry Potter movies
So before playing the wizard who takes other people's achievements, erases their memories, and passes those achievements off as his own, Nicholas was out there auditioning to take other people's roles too. 💀
