Hi everyone! I was accepted as a Wolt courier today and ordered a bag and gear, but I don’t know what to do about transportation or where to get a vehicle.

I currently live in Esbjerg, and just recently I spent most of my paycheck on an electric scooter, which was stolen right in front of the security cameras at the mall a week and a half ago :/

So I’d like to ask for advice from someone who might be local or knows about this, how can I get out of this situation? My budget isn’t big, and I think it’s pointless to do deliveries on a cheap bike without an electric motor because I won’t make any money.

Are there any options here for weekly e-bike rentals? For example, like in Copenhagen or Oslo, I see a lot of people riding rented ones, but I can’t find any information about this online.

Came to the restaurant, grabbed the pizza (Big box ofc oversized for our bag) tried to pull the backpack on my back (and I heard the fucker fold inside the paper box) during my motion. Was praying to the WOLT gods that nothing had happened to it.. Met the customer outside and the dude was already expecting (I saw it in his yes)
The dude opened the box and the pizza turned into a Calzone ahahah fucking hell I couldn't stop laughing at that meat accordion .. just had to say that he had to contact Wolt support because I've transported 300 pizzas this year and had no issues but this place I always get meat accordions :'))

On friday the 1. May I applied to become a courier

After 3 days I got an email which said, that there are too many couriers at my area. Therefore they would not allow me to become a courier because it could affect on the income for the other couriers.

So I tried to contact the support if I could change to another city.

And they are ghosting me.

On the chat it says "You are standing in line" 😕

I sent an email to support@wolt.com

And still haven’t heard from them

What can I do?
