finished my shiny wooper today, i think he looks adorable. i struggled a tad bit on his tummy markings but i think it turned out pretty cute:)

Made for a friend whos favourite Pokemon is Wooper, but I thought I'd make the alternate region version so the heads bits I had to make up myself.
