Does Wootomation exist anymore? Can’t find it anywhere to install :(
Just wanna set up a few macros for my 80he that would be useful

Just bought a Jedel KL-71 keyboard. The guy in the store gave this when I asked for a hot swappable. This doesn't mention hot swappable but drinky switch swappable. I tried pulling the switch but it won't come out. I didn't put too much pressure on it as this is my first mechanical keyboard.
They never mention anything abt the keys even on their website. Tried to find some youtube videos abt it but couldn't find any. Even tried asking AI and it some says have to take a look at the PCB & some say it is swappable. But it won't come out. Even the PCB when i unscrewed the whole thing. I really feel like im being scammed.

TikkenZ(or any other better L60 alternative), FR4 plate and all
sad that this version was limited
Just got the 60HE v2 on my hands today!!!
One question though, is there and will there be a SignalRGB support for said keyboard?
I've always liked the Screen Ambience feature from the RGB software and since the lighting on the v2 gets so vibrant and bright, it would definitely look amazing with the both together.
Hi guys,
I was wondering if it is legit buying switches from AliExpress? I’m looking for Jades Pro, and in GATERON site, time to arrive is 10-20 days, so I looked in other places, like AliExpress, and one seller has Jades Pro for 40/50€ a set of 90 pieces, and arrives in like one week. What you guys think?
I was putting together my end game setup and I had to get the wooting with the optimum case! I picked up some clone GMK honor keycaps off of aliexpress. Super happy with the keyboard.
So, I have both the wooting 60hev2 and 80he but something has just never felt quite right, I realised after some time that I was very used to having physical feedback from my keys which of course the wooting does not give you.
I of course want to set my actuation point and rapid trigger settings quite low so they're as fast as they can be but I also want tactile/clicky keys, what keys do I get for it and how does the "bump" in the keys correlate? does the bump happen at 2mm thus meaning using 0.4 actuation point is silly? can someone help a brother out
Silver or Black ? Can’t decide
Just got my first Wooting 80he (Zinc Alloy).
There is noticeable play in the case, and it doesn’t seem right.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that everything was preassembled.
I’ve been thinking of buying the wooting 80 he for a while now, and I’ve decided to buy the pcb. But for some reason, the white cases just don’t exist on the wooting website.
Do y’all have any recommendations for a white case?
If your wondering about the switches, it’s gonna be the Gateron jade he something something.
When playing with SOCD, what setting should you have?
Last Input Priority, A Priority, D Priority or Neutral?
What is the best?
I'm a gd player buying a wooting 80he in about a month, and I want to customize it with special switches, but I don't know which ones to get. I like the gateron jade switches but they're a little out of my budget range.
my old board started double-clicking, and the rapid trigger hype finally got to me.
for people who switched to a Wooting, what was the actual before/after like?
did it really help your movement or rank, or was it more of a “nice, but not life-changing” upgrade? also curious if you still use the extra Tachyon/analog stuff, or if you just set actuation once and forgot about the rest.
honest regrets are welcome too. those are usually more useful than the hype replies.
are 8k keyboard faster at counter strafing
I wanted to know how accurate you think this video is.
Which one do you use? 8k or 1k?
but above all, all professional players use 8K?
I made a light on my own WOOTING in the colors of the American flag. I thought it was funny, so I'm calling for a flag flash mob under this post.
Recently got the 80HE module with Zinc Alloy black case. It's running gateron jade gaming from a set I bought for my previous keyboard but found out it was incompatible and the keycaps also from my previous keyboard (The pudding also came from my previous previous one), then I switched the plate for a carbon fiber one which I got on mercari for cheap and that's about it, which is how I ended up with this abomination.
Looking on advice on how I can make the sound and performance better. I'm wondering what everyone did to their 80HE to make it sound and feel better.
I'm deciding between getting Owlab Ti or Gravastar UFO to change the switches
a new set of keycaps that look similar to the Tenz takeover one or any that would suit the zinc alloy case.
Wondering if I should replace the stabilizers with something else and any suggestions on DIY or improvements I should do would be really appreciated!
Finally finished what I think is my endgame Wooting.
This build took way longer than I expected. Lubing and filming every single switch was honestly a pain, but it was 100% worth it.
Parts list :
- Wooting 60HE+ module
- KBDfans Holy60 anodized black case
- Polycarbonate plate
- Geon RAW HE switches, hand-lubed with 205g0 and filmed with Keebmat poron thock film
- TX AP screw in stabilizers with bandaid mod
- Keebmat Keep Tape
- Poron switch pad
- Plate foam
- PCB foam
- PCB backing film
- Case foam
- PBT Fans Crosshair keycaps
Unfortunately, I don’t have a proper microphone to record a sound test, but the difference in person is huge. These are probably my favorite Hall Effect switches that I’ve tried so far. The sound is so much closer to a mechanical keyboard than I expected while still keeping all the advantages of Hall Effect.
The Holy60 isn’t exactly known for having the best acoustics, but I think all the foam, the polycarbonate plate, and the lubed/filmed switches made a huge difference.
This is probably my endgame keyboard. It has the sound and feel of a custom mechanical keyboard with the performance and responsiveness of analog Hall Effect switches.
Wooting really nailed the platform, and I couldn’t be happier with how this build turned out!
I haven’t bought the wooting 60HE V2 yet, but it is what I’m looking at. First enthusiast keyboard, upgrading from razer huntsman mini. I’m just looking for dust cover recommendations! I’m surprised I couldn’t find much talking about good recs.
Does anyone have any experience with the ky60 on Amazon or other cheaper aluminum cases. I want to upgrade the case of my 60 he v2 without spending too much.
