Hello Russians and other painters. You may notice that Russia has not expanded recently, in fact we have allowed for the independence of Belarus. This is because of our new policy towards the west.

Before, we were essentially Putin larpers. It was kind of funny but now it is getting old. Some of us still act like it, but new events have resulted in many of us having a change of heart.

Due to escalation between Europe and Turkey, as well as certain developments in the European state, Russia now guarantees the independence of Norway, Sweden, Finland, Belarus, Ukraine, and Crimea. The same will occur with Georgia and Armenia once an agreement with Turan is reached.

Any organized aggression against these countries will now come with war against Russia.

This is necessary to ensure that other great powers do not invade these states, as their capabilities to defend themselves may not be able to match the numbers of the great powers surrounding them. We cannot allow for communism or other authoritarianism to spread further, so intervention to protect these states is the only option.

You may then ask, what is the ideology of this Russia? Quite frankly, we have not made one, but it certainly isn't communism, ultranationalism, or whatever else is happening on our borders. Our objective is to ensure that democracy, in some form, survives on the map. If you oppose this, why did you read this far? You just lost all of your social credits.

I must say, it is quite ironic that we have become the main representative of freedom and capitalism in Europe.

Belarus was our territory, but they have been trying to break away for a while, and recently they have been more successful. Quite frankly, I don't feel like doing another pixel war, so I think it might be time to allow them to become independent and reestablish relations with them. Judging by what just happened to Europe, it might even be a good idea to guarantee their independence, so the war doesn't spread to Belarus and to improve our relations with them. What do you all think?

We could also ask for them to use the real-life Belarus flag, if we need them to. We would appreciate input from the Belarussian painters on this matter.

Hello, Russians, and friends of Russians! You may notice we have a population problem. It turns out that there are very few Russian painters, with the Russian subreddit mostly being Turks and Indians.

We have also noticed that several players from our allies have supported our efforts greatly. As such, we will now be allowing members of other nations to apply to also become a member of Russia in game

All you have to do is be from a country on the approved list, and not be against Russia, and you will be let in! Send a message either on this post, in my dms, or make a post to ask for membership. Once you are a member, you can vote on topics where only Russians can vote, be permitted larger lands for artworks, and even become a moderator when you have earned trust.

Of course, this comes with responsibility. We will ask that you help to some extent in our wars, but we will attempt to limit this burden on you as much as we can. For now, this is only available to Indians, Balochistanis, and Indonesians, as we are testing this, but we may extend it to all other nations in the future.

Many of our friends come from Asia.

First of all, we would like to thank our Russian friends for your efforts of coordinating peace in East Asia in the Pacific map, we would like to express our appreciation. And we also thank our Chinese opponents as well as friends for agreeing for a negotiation.

After discussions among the coalition of Separatists, we decided that for now, those are the terms that we propose:

1 - Northeast Asia:

• The states of Yan, Manchuria and Jin are to be recognised of independency.
• The entirety of the Korean Peninsula, including the North, is to join the Republic of Korea.
• The island of Kyushu (Previously known also as “Hatsune Miku island of Pacific Map”) is to be also de-jure returned to the State of Japan (As from a de-facto pov it already did)

2 - Central and South Asia:

• The states of Southern Mongolia and East Turkestan (Also known as “Inner Mongolia” and “Xinjiang” respectively by China) are to join Turan with independent representation
• Tibet is to be recognised of Independency.
• Aksai Chin is to join India

3 - Coastal Pacific:

• The Republic of China can be re-established in the islands of Taiwan, Kinmen and Matsu. However, we do not approve the old design for Taiwan in the original template used by China, given that it is just the Kuomintang party flag, which we do not accept, we could however instead accept Taiwan with the proper Republic of China flag. We will also be making art on and near Taiwan such as polandball icons, which may contain explicit representations of Taiwan Independence, we expect this to be allowed.
• The Cantonese state and the State of Hong Kong are to be recognised of independency. We oppose the Chinese delegate’s claim that the Cantonese state should be annexed by China for the sake of the restoration of artworks, since we believe that from archives, it appears that most, if not all of those artworks were deliberately placed by Chinese painters here to prevent the re-establishment of the Cantonese state, which was independent on the pacific map prior to the re-establishment of China on the Pacific map.
• The Island of Hainan is to gain independence, however, we are willing to give the new state in Hainan a more socialist aesthetic

4 - Defining of Capital Cities:

• The city of Yanjing (Also known as Khanbaliq or Beijing) is to be recognised as the capital city of the State of Yan.
• The painters of China is to officially withdraw the claim of Yanjing city as their own capital, and re-define another city as the Capital of China, this is effectively only for the Pacific map and shall reference to neither other maps in Wplace nor the real world.

5 - Rest of East Asia:

• States not mentioned so far in this proposal could be up for further discussion.
• All territories currently held by Turan, with the exception of East Turkestan and Southern Mongolia, are to be separately discussed with Turan delegates.

6 - Kabul Map:

• The Dark Red 18-Star symbol in the North of China is to be removed, we believe this is necessary as the symbol is a reference of “People’s Heavenly Republic of China”, a fictional state from the HOI4 mod “The Fire Rises” which actively promotes Ultranationalist ideologies and practice ethnic cleansing according to lore of said mod, we feel quite ironic that members of our coalition are repeatedly accused as “Fascists” while fictional symbols that actively promote ethnic cleansing are allowed to remain.
• The entirety of the Korean Peninsula, including the North, is to join the Republic of Korea.

7- Assistance offered from Yan Alliances to China:

• The Yan State alliances are willing to help with the relocation of artworks that were previously in the Cantonese state
• The Yan State alliances are willing to help with the relocation of the Capital city of China in the Pacific map (A.K.A. Re-drawing the star marking of the Capital city.)
• This only applies to the 2 alliances currently active in the Pacific map aligned with the Yan State specifically, does not extend to all members of the separatist coalition.

Hello folks, many people have been asking us to get involved in this war, but at the moment we really have more critical things to work on. Rogue painters are continuing to attack Belarus and the Caucasus, while the Kabul map has separatists everywhere. On the best of days, we have 5 people spread across both maps, more often it is just 2-3. We have no room to fight in any other conflict, I am sorry about that.

Of course, Turkey is our ally. We will permit Russian painters to paint to defend Turkey's core lands, as there should be no controversy that these lands are a part of Turkey. We ask that Turkey refrains from using our land to launch attacks on the EU, as that will cause the war to escalate. I would also suggest that, instead of painting Europe transparent, Turkish players at least just paint it red, because if the coasts get destroyed then this map will devolve into something looking like the Kabul map. We ask the same from EU painters.

Speaking of the EU, we are peaceful with them, but we just want to make our boundaries clear. We don't want to fight, but we will have to join the war if:

- A significant amount of active EU painters support claims on Russian land

- A large amount of active EU painters attack Turkey directly

- A significant amount of EU painters support expansion into any country in the "Neutral Countries Pact" formed by Verlis(basically the nordic states + britain)

We also understand that there exists rogue EU painters. We know that their purpose is to make a war start between the EU and Turkey, and so we will not join if they are the ones who break these rules. In addition, several EU painters might still be friendly towards Russia even if others are not, and so that good faith from them will translate into us being more lenient towards them.

Personally I doubt the EU would break these rules, but we need to make them clear in case they were planning to. If anyone actually wants to deescalate, Russia has experience from managing the China-Separatist peace talks, we can do the same with the EU and Turkey.

Probably the worst the continent has looked in a long time

Dear Russian Wplace members, you are likely aware of the war between Europe and Turkey. As if the Europeans' disrespect toward our borders and territories wasn't enough, they have now attempted to wipe us off the map entirely. This was the final straw, prompting us to declare war—and the subsequent events speak for themselves. Currently, neither side has managed to make significant headway in this conflict. Therefore, based on our alliance, we are calling upon you to join the war. If you agree, your first move should be to incorporate the Baltic states into your own territory. However, should you choose to remain neutral, be aware that this war will be protracted, leading to widespread anarchy across the map. By fighting alongside us, the war would end quickly, and you would also be able to annex the Baltic territories. What do you say?
