Worst customer service ever. I “upgraded” my service to cam unlimited pro. They say on the app that they provide emergency dispatch. Turns out I am responsible for monitoring my cameras and calling 911. That totally defeats the purpose of having them in the first place. I am now paying more and get 60 days of cloud service, but if I am not in cell service when a burglary happens I am shit out of luck. Total BS. I will be shopping for another service asap.

Their website perpetually states that the Base Station is "sold out." It's been this way for years and years. Why don't they just say it's discontinued and there is no longer support for this device and the cameras that come with it? I have 4 Battery Outdoor Cams and I'm waiting for them to have extra Base Stations available for purchase, and it's been years.

Hello, does anyone know why a front door lock might constantly go offline?

I’ve had the palm lock for months and it would always go offline several times throughout the day. Recently switched to the fingerprint scanner v2 and it is doing the same thing.

I have a WiFi extender within 10 ft and there isn’t a wall between them. I have several cams, thermostat vacuum and other devices that do not exhibit this offline behavior.

Wyze customer suggests power cycling and resetting etc. doesn’t change anything. If anyone has any thoughts, appreciate it!

I have a Wyze Duo Cam Video Doorbell I have to charge occasionally. The front door still has the old hard wired doorbell. Is it possible to take the wire from the old doorbell and use it to power the Wyze doorbell?

Wyze products the sense hub is one of the worst money can buy. The hub will go offline and one by one all items need to be added. A total waste of money. Their security camera are also the same, easily get offline and difficult to reconnect.

I have 3 v2 floodlights and man they are frustrating! Ready to rip them off the wall! Constantly offline, sd card won’t load, light won’t turn off, automations won’t work. All v2’s were fine until the last firmware update.

Tried different sd cards, power cycling, reinstalling the cameras and the app. Everything has a good wifi strength. I’m out of ideas.

Also have a flood light pro, a couple of v3’s, v4’s, pan cams and Wyze og’s that are working flawlessly. So I think it’s something to do with the floodlight v2. I really wish I would have left the old light fixtures on with the bulb cam instead of the floodlight v2. I’m hoping there will be a new firmware update soon and that will fix it. I have submitted a log but there isn’t enough space to list all the problems with them.
Any tips or are they just a bad product?
