I was looking on getting maybe an XBOX series console. But they have the Series X and S. I wanted to ask what deference are you expecting for the next 3 years of games coming for this console? I dont know if its worth when the Series X has more power. Thats why I wanted to ask what you guys think.
I decided to trade a few old games to a collector friend of mine for this! Bought the Seagate expansion a week later. Nice to be back to the Xbox family since getting the OG back in 2002.
Since today my Series S has a slight green tint.
I tried multiple Cables, a hard reset, various settings and nothing seems to help. The only thing I didn't try is a different screen, I don't have one to test this.
I made a screenshot and my phone shows it perfectly normal
Could this be a HDMI-Port Failure?
These are my current games I have downloaded and when it is out I will be getting the new call of duty. At the moment when I want to play different games I have owned I delete one I’m not playing as often and download that but this takes hours at a time and gets annoying. I’m not a hardcore gamer but I do play a lot of the time and would like to know my options to prevent this. Thank you !
Recently...ish bulit my own Steam Machine PC, and as we know, Destiny and linux are not friends
I'm wondering if it's worth picking up an Xbox Series S just to play Destiny. How does the game look and run on Series S
I used to play Destiny on my Series X, and it looked and played really nice on that. I'm wondering if it looks and performs similarly as it is an old game at this point
Cheers
Due to price hikes the S is the only option. Will it still be able to play games well such as the new gta and other big releases
I recently bought this sound bar for my PC and I'm trying to use it for my Xbox as well. the controller method gives me a lot of feedback and is not ideal so I wanted to know what my other options are for my console. It has a 3.5 mm jack built in so do I just need to get a USB converter for that? I've seen some discussions talking about an HDMI cable but the console only has one out port for HDMI. Thanks in Advance!
I bought an Argentina game key, I live in uk. I tried to redeem it by changing my location in settings and also connecting vpn but still I am getting “incorrect region” error.
What should I do?
Thanks in advance
Hey guys, I got a Series S for free from my buddy a while back who didn't want to try any repairs on it. It's far out of warranty and I don't have any nearby repair shops so I've been tinkering with it myself before I just give up.
The issue I'm having is that when you start playing a game it will close and drop to the dashboard somewhere between 30 seconds and 2 minutes into gameplay. Only installed games. If you go to stream one with cloud gaming it's fine.
Did some reading online and using one of the expansion cards for the games was recommended so I snagged one, still the same story.
Redid the thermal paste, same result.
Placed a fan next to the intake for fresh air, same thing.
My next step is to swap out the power supply and see if maybe that is failing.
Anyone else have any other suggestions that I may have missed?
Hey people, hope y'all are doin great, seeing all those xbox S is doomed videos on youtube, just was kinda worried whether my Xbox Series S 500Gb would survive and sustain the needs adequately enough for GTA VI, was wondering how much average frame rate should I expect?
Ubisoft shared this image on they're official Facebook page and say it was captured on the series S
According to the Console specs, it's running at 1620p upscaled with Standard Raytracing enabled.
Honestly this game has the potential to be the best looking game on the series S. What are your thoughts?
