I plan to upgrade from an Xbox one to an Xbox series x soon before any more price increases. However, all the stores I see online and in person have them for a pretty high price. So I've been thinking of possibly buying a used console.

I've never bought a console that was pre-owned before and I'm kinda nervous to do so. So, how many of you have had good experiences with a used console? I really don't wanna spend over $600 on a new Xbox.

My brother just gave me his X and I wanted to try some of the popular titles but money is tight so I can't be spending $60+ on games I want so are there sites that sell digital games at a discount which allow you to download to your library or Microsoft account?

Since there are price increases coming and I know that I can't miss out on GTA later this year I decided to see what I could find used on FB market. I scored a mint Series X for $350.

I have a steam deck and a switch 2 so I'm looking for game suggestions that I can't play elsewhere or wouldn't play well on a steam deck anyway.

I just got MGS delta for 25 bucks on Amazon and I plan on picking up the Halo Master Chief collection when it goes on sale for $9.99 like it appears to do every other month or so.

I'm also going to be hunting for some original Xbox discs to play on it to relive some childhood memories.

In your opinion what are some essential pick ups?

I am in the market for a new Xbox. I don’t have a 4k monitor, I’m running a 1440p 240Hz Alienware monitor at the moment.

What are things to know of each console before I make my decision?

Is the graphics on the series X that much more noticeably better compared to the S?

Can the S run at 1440p 120hz?

I’m undecided and I don’t want to pay for a series x if it’s not that much of a difference.. any suggestions would help.

I just added this external hard drive Seagate STKX5000403 Eksternal Harddisk Xbox - USB 3.2 Gen 1. to my series X.

I know this should only be for storage and then moved to the ssd drive when I want to play a game.
However I can start a game that is installed on this external non-ssd drive.

The games that are installed on the external drive has no tag either that indicate anything.
Has something change or just a temporary fluke?

Hello gamers! I have recently started playing black myth wukong.
I think would have put up around 6 hours into it, i have managed to defeat guangzhi, lingxuzi and wandering wight in this particular order. I did watch youtube in terms of how to handle each but eventually defeated them partly as recommended and partly as per my own way, which was to observe them carefully and strike, taking time to beat them.
I realize that observing, patience is key and very rewarding here and that has got me hooked. But i am stuck again on boss level!

Anyway, folks you have played or are playing this game, can you give suggestions that will be useful in developing an understanding towards this game and tips that are helpful.

I bought the pro about 3 months ago but realised pretty quick I only play sports games and the odd story game and some Diablo, being a dad gives me limited time to play and would prefer the extra money in my pocket. So far loving the interface and quick resume and to be honest I can’t even tell the difference. I got fomo when they was raising the prices for the pro. I have a 32inch OLED monitor it’s hooked up to and it looks great. The pro is a great console but probably too much power for my use case.

So far so good! Bought a years game pass and ready for GTA!

If they want to receive a lot of good will, this is a huge opportunity. It won't bring in people by the millions but for sure they would be taken more seriously these days.
