Any copies made using the glass or the top loader have this black shadowing effect. Printing from a computer does not cause this.

We have replaced all four drum cartridges and the transfer roller at their request. Still, any copies we do have this big black space at the bottom even when copying a blank piece of paper. I am leaving this job at the end of next week and would like to resolve this persistent issue before I go.

I have called Xerox support about this three different times for our office printer and they have not been able to figure it out. The newest idea is them sending a new transfer belt cleaner but I am so exhausted by this issue that I thought I would ask here as well.

Does anyone have any advice?

Hi

When I power up my Xerox 7855 machine, all the lights are working and the display is black/blank.

Usually when I power up the machine it makes various sounds indicating the machine is preparing but now when I turn the power on, no sounds just only the lights are on the control panel.

On the side, where we fix the USB cable, there is a red number indicator which says 5 with a blinking dot

Can someone let me know what might be the problem and solution?

As the title says, my boss cannot print color on our xerox c8155 on the second floor but can print color on the one upstairs. We have turned on everything on his computer to print color and cannot figure out what to do. Is there something we have to change with the printer? This may be important, me and everyone else can print color on this printer
