Xpulse 210 front rim bent

Hey guys, I was riding my bike on a flooded road and hit a huge pot hole accidentally. When checking the bike the next day, found a bend on the front rim.

Do I have to get the entire rim replaced or can it be hammered and fixed? Is it covered under warranty?.

I was only going around 35kmh.

How can I tighten bolts without knowing the torque?

My front wheel is misaligned due an recent accident, The forks are twisted & I want to loosen the bottom triple clamp bolts, the stem nut & axle nuts to pump the forks and see if the wheel comes back to it's original position.

The issue is that the manufacturer of my motorcycle does not state torque values for most of the bolts on my motorcycle aside from the rear & front axle.

They do seem to have an internal service manual for their employees only but I haven't even seen a torque wrench at their service center. I doubt they really tighten things to spec.

So how can I tighten my bolts without knowing the appropriate torque?

It's a '22 Hero Xpulse 200 4V.

Best Rackless Luggage for the XPulse 210? Need Advice

I'm planning to upgrade my touring luggage and am considering these two rackless systems:

ViaTerra LFA Enduro Saddle Bag

Rahgear Unrack Getaway 30L

My current setup is:

ViaTerra Ace Magnetic Tank Bag

Rahgear Wanderer Tail Bag

I'm looking for a rackless setup that's stable on highways as well as rough trails, without having to install saddle stays or pannier racks.

If you've used either of these on the XPulse 210, I'd love to hear your experience:

Which one would you recommend?

How stable are they on rough terrain?

Do they rub against the side panels or interfere with the stock exhaust?

How easy are they to mount and remove?

Any compatibility issues with my current tank bag and tail bag setup?

Photos of your setup and any long-term feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

WAITING FOR XPULSE 421

I am really mad on Xpulse 210. Whenever I see this bike on street, my eyes will stuck on that bike. Its sitting position is very comfortable and the suspension is next level. I also love its exhaust sound. The problem is inly the payload weight which is only 130Kgs. With pillion and luggage for long trip may cause problem. so

But there is a news spreading that Hero is testing its Xpulse 421. Eagerly waiting for this bike and curious about its features and price.

Finally taken Xpulse 210

I've been on the fence about buying an Xpulse 210. I had already booked a brand-new one for ₹2,14,700 and waited around 10 days. I already own a Himalayan 450, so this would be my second bike.

What kept bothering me were all the reports about the early Xpulse 210 issues—engine tappet noise, stalling, and a few other reliability complaints. I spent a lot of time reading forums, watching YouTube videos, and checking owner feedback.

At the same time, I was browsing OLX and came across a used Xpulse 210. It's a 2025 model (October manufactured) with 11,500 km on the odometer.

I spoke to the owner in detail and asked specifically about any engine or reliability issues. He showed me the complete service history. The bike had completed all four scheduled services, and there were no major engine repairs or warranty claims—just regular maintenance.

The asking price on OLX was ₹1.65 lakh. After negotiating, I brought it down to ₹1.51 lakh and finally bought it.

I'll attach the photos below. What do you guys think? Was ₹1.51 lakh for a 2025 Xpulse 210 with 11.5k km a good deal, a fair deal, or should I have negotiated further?

Booked an Xpulse 210 yesterday. Now I'm having second thoughts after reading about all the issues. Need honest owner feedback.

Hi everyone, I used chatgpt to write this post...

Yesterday I booked a Hero Xpulse 210 (Alpine Silver) by paying a ₹5,000 booking amount. The dealer told me the waiting period is around 45–60 days.

After booking, I started researching more and came across many posts and videos about issues in the early batches, such as:

  1. Oil leakage

  2. Head gasket failures

  3. Handlebar leaning/misalignment

  4. Engine cutting off while riding

  5. Engine cutting off after reaching certain RPMs

Other quality control issues

I also read claims that Hero reduced production significantly after these issues were reported (I don't know how accurate this information is), and that the newer batches, especially around May 2026, supposedly have these problems fixed.

Now I'm honestly confused. I was very excited about the bike before booking, but after reading all these reports, I'm wondering if I should continue with the booking or cancel it.

I'd really appreciate feedback from:

Owners of the first batch – What issues did you face? Were they resolved under warranty?

Owners of the newer batches (especially May 2026 onwards) – Have the issues actually been fixed? How has your experience been?

Anyone who recently took delivery – Would you still recommend buying the Xpulse 210 today?

Please share your ownership experience instead of just YouTube opinions. I'm looking for real-world feedback before making a final decision.

Thanks in advance!

Hello guys, just a quick question about the xpluse 210...

I just want to know whether the issues with the xpulse 210 have been resolved or are there any technical or mechanical issues that still need to be fixed as I am going to book the bike Tomorrow. I live in hyderabad and when I ask the premia showroom dealers in hyderabad they are giving assurance that the issues are resolved. I just wanted to know whether it is a good purchase as a beginner or as I have been waiting to take this bike since launch...

Can I buy 2026 second hand Xpulse

Need a quick suggestion:

I've found a 2026 March Hero Xpulse 210 in Alpine Silver, ridden 2,656 km, and the owner is asking ₹1,70,000.

Is this a good price, or should I skip it? Looking for quick advice from those with experience.

Need advice: New Xpulse 210 with 300 km due to cancelled delivery

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy a new Hero Xpulse 210, but the bike the showroom has for me already has 300 km on the odometer.

The salesperson said the bike was previously assigned to a customer who lived about 150 km away, so they rode it there for delivery. However, that customer couldn't complete the purchase because their loan wasn't approved, so the bike was brought back to the showroom. That's why it now has around 300 km.

The bike is still being sold as a brand-new vehicle with full warranty and registration in my name.

Would you buy this bike? Is this explanation reasonable, or should I insist on getting another unit with lower mileage? Also, what should I inspect before making the payment?

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who's been in a similar situation.

Hi guys, last week when i was starting my bike i noticed this crack.

Idk how i got it but i never crashed into anything recently.

I think i got this crack recently only because i didn't notice i always use this key hold to unlock bike and take the rugged cloth to clean bike.

I dropped my bike only 2 times 7 months before.
