1. Wesley is a buffoon who had that missed 3 (some would say 2) footer absolutely coming. For those who said it was one of his “I’ll tap” moments, it was not. Not only did he fix the divot, he took a PRACTICE SWING. Not a tap, just a completely missed putt. Which of course, happens to all of us, but at that stage of the match, maybe take another second or two to figure it out with your match on the line. Sean Walsh IS YouTube Golf, and that name better strike fear in every future opponent he faces.

2. Ben Hadden vs John (Jordan) Peterson was the match of the video. John slowly but surely coming out of his shell, going from a D1 YouTube golf hater to not-so-secretly loving it by the end. And then you have Ben still riding the high of one of the greatest 2 iron shot in YouTube (or honestly all) golf history, and holding off a legit PGA player until the final hole. The banter, the dry whit, I’m here for all of it. Respect plus watchability skyrocketed for both of them.

3. Roger Steele deserves exactly what happened to him for his cocky (some would say bullying) antics and demeanor during the internet invitational. He kept a fair enough composure but good god it’s high time that guy learned some humility. #FinchTeam6

4. Loved every second of Micah tearing that course up. Yeah I know Garett pretty much became his personal cheerleader by hole 5 but it was still pretty heartwarming to see two cousins (who had a MAJOR hand in bringing YouTube gold to the level it is today) having a great time on the course just like when they were kids. If Micah keeps playing like this (and perhaps goes to 1 or 2 of his anger management courses), he’ll be solidified on the mount in no time.

5. Really would have loved to see more of Kwon and Sam out there especially since they learned to be somewhat positive golfers, even if it did mean Block doing the exact opposite of every single** **point he made during the elimination round (#CutTwice)

6. Grant still creeps the absolute shit out of me. The sociopathic smiles, the blank stares into nothingness, the 100 Oh My Gosh’s trying to build up some kind of drama. I just can’t wrap my head around how he’s one of maybe 3 or 4 faces of YouTube golf and can’t have even a somewhat normal conversation with anyone. Plus, ya know, Mickelson #yikes.

Although, I will absolutely defend him ragebaiting Wesley at the end, that was hysterical.

7. / Honorable Mentions:
   • Ruffles has less personality on the course than Sean Walsh after a $1 vs $10,000 road trip challenge. To be fair, Brad was beating the BRAKES off of him.

I've watched nearly every Bryan Bros video over the last few years. There was breaking 50 series, mulligan challenge series, and the road trip series that all just kinda stopped.

Grant had the starting 5 under series against pros and the 2v2 with Phil and both of those stopped.

The only series that has lasted is Major cut series and I believe that's because they get to travel and play awesome courses more than anything.

With what seems to be travel issues already and getting all the players together, what are the chances that YGT is the next thing until the next thing comes along?

Just watched Chance Taylor’s latest video and in it he said the next YGT event is in about a month…add another few weeks to a month to edit and we’re not gonna be getting that second event until well into september.
Honestly having 2+ months between events makes me lose a good amount of the interest I had in the tour.
I know they had some issues with the venue for event 2 but damn.

Watched a couple of the other videos from People League. Personally, never sat around and actually finished one. I'm booting this one up right now just to give it a fair shake, but something about it doesn't capture the magic like YGT or Internet Invitational. Curious what other people think and why that possibly may be, especially with similar content creators! You can tell somebody's pumping money into this to make it happen (Ja Rule? lol)

I know there will be some surprises, but here’s some guys I think we could see and why. I base this off of picks Like Ben Hadden who have a decent following and prior relationships and collabs as well as picks like JP Mehu who are more social media buzz based. I know there will be picks out of left field like John Peterson, but if some picks become more of a team suggestion now that teams are set I think we could see alot of these guys:

1. Evans Lewis —
Touring Pro / Emerging Creator Hybrid
A former collegiate standout at North Greenville and South Carolina, Evans Lewis combines an elite amateur résumé with professional aspirations. He has NCAA postseason experience, Q-School success, and the type of all-around game that would immediately compete near the top of YGT. While not yet a full-time creator, he has become increasingly visible through collaborations with Grant Horvat, Wesley Bryan and others, making him one of the strongest combinations of competitive ability and creator familiarity.

2. Mason Greene —
Mini-Tour Professional / Good Good Creator
Mason Greene has successfully bridged professional golf and creator golf through his role with Good Good while continuing to pursue competitive golf. A PGA TOUR Americas winner with a polished on-camera presence, he already understands long-form golf content, team competition and creator dynamics. His professional schedule is the only significant question mark.

3. Asaeli “Bat” Batibasaga —
Former Professional / Ensemble Creator
Bat is a former professional golfer whose personality has made him a fan favorite within The Lads. A longtime friend of Jason Day with experience in Australian professional golf, he offers legitimate playing ability while excelling in group chemistry. Few candidates blend authenticity, humor and competitive credibility as naturally as Bat.

4. Dalton Joyce (Young Dalt) —
Social-First Elite Golfer / Callaway Creator
Dalton Joyce has rapidly become one of creator golf’s fastest-rising personalities. A plus-handicap caliber player with elite speed, he has collaborated with Josh Kelley and other Callaway creators while building friendships with Chance Taylor and other YGT-connected personalities. His rapidly growing audience and increasing integration into the creator ecosystem make him one of the strongest emerging candidates.

5. Harry Na —
Competitive Creator / New Zealand Golf Personality
Harry Na combines professional-level golf with one of the most entertaining personalities in creator golf. Through Taco Golf, Luke Kwon, Tooms, Sam Heung-Min and the broader New Zealand creator scene, Harry has become one of the most recognizable golfers outside the current YGT roster. His balance of humor and elite golf makes him a particularly natural fit.

6. Evan Thompson —
Competitive Golfer / Developing Creator
Evan Thompson is an elite amateur-caliber golfer with the tournament résumé to justify a YGT opportunity. While his creator profile continues to develop, his golf ability has earned consistent respect from creator golf audiences. Continued collaborations would likely strengthen an already compelling case.

7. Andrew Kozan —
Established Touring Pro Crossing Into Creator Golf
Andrew Kozan is one of the strongest competitive players on this list. The Korn Ferry Tour winner has begun embracing creator golf through appearances with Grant Horvat, Divot Dudes and Good Good Pros. His recent willingness to participate in creator content makes him one of the most realistic professional golfers who could transition into YGT if scheduling permits.

8. Nick Voke —
Active Touring Pro / Frequent Creator Collaborator
Nick Voke is a New Zealand professional with extensive international experience. While not a member of The Lads, he frequently collaborates with Luke Kwon, Harry Na, Taco Golf, Tooms and Sam Heung-Min, giving him deep ties to the New Zealand creator scene. His elite golf and international appeal make him an intriguing candidate despite travel logistics.

9. Ben Kruper —
Independent Competitive Creator
Ben Kruper has quietly established himself as one of creator golf’s strongest all-around players. He combines plus-handicap ability with a relaxed on-camera personality and broad creator connections. Alongside Ashton Gaulin, he also won a Good Good Creator event, demonstrating that he can thrive in creator-focused competitive environments.

10. John Daly Jr. —

Known as the “Mayor of Tempo Town,” Ashton Gaulin has built a rapidly growing audience through a unique blend of personality and high-level golf. A plus-handicap player, Ashton also proved himself in creator competition by winning a Good Good Creator event alongside Ben Kruper. His social-media momentum and recognizable identity make him an increasingly realistic candidate.

13. Josh Oddy —
UK Ensemble Creator / Competitive Personality
Josh Oddy has become a key personality within Peter Finch’s content through strong golf, humor and natural chemistry. He brings competitive ability alongside years of experience in collaborative creator golf, making him one of the strongest international candidates should YGT continue expanding its UK connections.

14. Alex Zurat —
Independent Competitive Creator / Challenger
Alex Zurat has quickly become one of creator golf’s most talked-about emerging personalities. A plus-handicap caliber golfer, he has generated attention through outspoken opinions, recent public disagreements with Micah Morris and Wesley Bryan, and by backing up his confidence with competitive matches—including a recent one-on-one against Ryan Ruffels. While his creator network is still developing, his ability to generate conversation without sacrificing competitive credibility makes him a fascinating long-shot wildcard. If George Bryan continues rewarding high-buzz players who can genuinely compete, Alex could eventually earn an opportunity.
