Today is August 9th, where the former military medic and Kusuri's grandmother, Yaku Yakuzen, is having her birthday.

What do you think would be a suitable gift for her?

It can be anything. RPG Maker games, visual novels, platformers...as long as it's horror and as long as it fits the character. (I would also like it if you gave an explanation since there is a chance I do not know the game you submit, therefore I would not know if it would fit the character.)

And please don't say in the comments "[X] character would not like horror." Even if they realistically wouldn't, it's still fun to imagine something for them.
