Build of a friend, I don't play elation so I'm wondering if Crit damage matters before I tell them to do more rolls

53 attempts but still can't 0 cycle AA with e2 SW999
SW999 is e2s1, 200 spd with decent CR and CD. I used atk rope to sacrifice some stats for maximizing the spd stats.
I've also tried different kind of builds on all of the support. And yes, I've already tried messenger set on both Huohuo and EMC. I've also referred some youtube videos regarding the rotations. Still can't 0 cycle this. Skill issue or do i really need e1 Yao Guang?
