I kept seeing creators lose track of brand conversations across DMs, email, Notes, and spreadsheets, so I built a tool to keep the deal side organized.

It helps with:

• tracking brand leads and active deals
• organizing rates, deliverables, and due dates
• logging follow ups so conversations do not die
• tracking usage rights so creators know what brands can use and for how long

I built it for creators who are already getting inbound or pitching regularly and are tired of managing everything manually.

I am not posting this as a spam drop. I want real feedback from creators who actually deal with brand work:
What part of managing creator deals is still the biggest mess for you right now?

I had a yt shorts channel 2 years ago which did great numbers. 3100 subs and 1M+ views, ik this might not be too much but at the time i couldn’t believe it. got a few brands to collab with as well but then got bored of my own content and couldn’t do it anymore. this time ive started again and not backing down.

I've been running a Spanish Animation Shorts channel for about 2 months and I'm trying to understand if the channel is the problem or if I just need to keep going ( it a 2016 channel and i used last year to add some shorts but i diseabled them and i start from sratch this niche )

Here are my stats:

• Around 242k views in the last 28 days (+26%)
• +536 subscribers in the last 28 days ( im reaching now 1K subs )
• 120k unique viewers (+56%)
• About 900 watch hours
• I post 3–4 Shorts per week
• Audience: Mexico / Spanish-speaking Latin America

My Shorts usually get:

• 20k–30k views
• Occasionally 40k–50k (best is ~52k)
• Like ratio: 97–99%
• Viewed vs Swiped is usually 80–85% viewed
• Average view duration is around 23–24 seconds on 20–26 second Shorts (some loops go over 100% retention).

The strange thing is that almost every video seems to stop somewhere between 20k and 40k views. I rarely see a second push.

A YouTube expert told me the issue is probably the channel itself, and suggested starting a brand-new channel ( as everything and even the editing looks so profesisonal with the hook and end loopand all ! =

My questions are:

1. Has anyone experienced a similar "20k–40k Shorts jail"?
2. Did creating a new channel actually solve it? and put the same video after deleting them can resolve this ?
3. Or did you eventually break through on the same channel?
4. Looking at these numbers, is there anything that stands out as a likely bottleneck?

I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have actually experienced this rather than just guessing.

There was an Uber Eats ad that I saw about two 2d characters and one of them is a paper bag. I don't remember what item was the other character. Like if I see some dumb stuff or someone saying stupid stuff, I want the option to dislike the video, but now I have to go into the comments and express my dislike which is just awkward for everyone.
